We found this sandwich shop in the historic center of Bari, after being left empty-handed for lunch, and we arrived there very hungry. The choice of gluten-free sandwiches is not wide, as I had read; there are actually 4 (or at most 5), including two types of hot dogs and a basic sandwich with hamburger and sauces costing (not at all cheap) €9.50. There is no possibility of having gluten-free fries or other options.

Removing the gluten-free chip option doesn't make much sense after so many years of offering it. The service for celiacs should be increased, not decreased. You should reintroduce the option.

In the beautiful mercantile square in Bari, a must-stop is Patata Shop. Besides the delicious potato specialties, I love the Vertigo, with many special sauces. I tried a chicken burrito with pink sauce, salad, and fries. Also recommended for celiacs and families.
