A small laboratory really well stocked with fresh products, both savory and sweet. I tried both the bread and the dry and fresh pastries, and I recommend them to everyone.

Very positive overall experience. Bread, pizza, and dry pastries were very good. The supplì (especially the amatriciana ones) are spectacular! The only flaws are that the lasagna is not always cooked evenly (the inside is sometimes a bit undercooked) and I strongly advise against the single portions of the refrigerated desserts. Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff.

The fresh bread is really good, fragrant, and soft. The croissant, on the other hand, is poorly risen and badly baked. The pastries are just sufficient.

Truly excellent, I recommend it to everyone. I come here often because I work nearby, today I had the lasagna (very delicious). Friendly and helpful staff. All the food you find is very good, from pizza to desserts.

Stopped on the advice of friends, I found very friendly staff and a varied choice of products, including some really good, fragrant, and aromatic small gluten-free bread rolls! I will definitely go back to get more and I recommend it to everyone!!

This place is always closed. You can't rely on it; if you need to buy bread or pastries, it's better to find another store that is more willing to work and offers gluten-free options.

A place I visit quite often, I have never been disappointed by the freshness and variety of the products. Pizza and supplì are excellent, and the desserts are incredible. The owner is very sweet and charming.

I bought 30 pastries (including croissants and others) and they were delicious (and also lactose-free!). They were very appreciated at work. The owner was also very kind and helpful.

Great gluten-free bakery offering both sweet and savory options. I tried some mini pastries and the bread, delicious! I feel confident recommending it!

I found this place by chance about six months ago and since then I have been a regular customer. The products, from sweet to savory, are truly delicious and it puts many places I used to frequent before discovering my gluten intolerance to shame. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they can tell you all the ingredients used, which is not a given.

Artisanal gluten-free laboratory of excellent quality! Courtesy and smiles, always available.

I discovered this store by chance because I was looking for gluten-free products for a party for my niece. I had a great experience, and since then, every time there’s an occasion, I go to get them there; the shop owner is very helpful and kind.

Very good Saint Joseph cream puffs, excellent fresh pastry. The pizza and croissant are also good, worth coming back.

I discovered this nice shop while saving a box with Too Good To Go and I am very happy about it! Great croissants, sweets, and gluten-free pizza 😊

I stumbled upon this place almost by chance while buying a few things for my father. There was a very kind girl who was available to explain everything. The products are very good (including sweets). I'm not celiac, but I also tried some out of curiosity.

Excellent products and kindness. The fiber loaf is unbeatable!

The Gluten-Free Paradise. Excellent bread, delicious pizzas, great savory products like supplì and potato croquettes, spectacular pastries with fantastic baba' and Neapolitan sfogliatelle made with an artisan dough. During the Easter period, you can buy a casatiello that is as good as homemade. Of course, the shop also sells packaged products. The kindness of the sales staff adds value to the deliciousness of the products.

For us celiacs, we know how problematic nutrition can be. In this small special "Oasis" we find a wide and tasty variety of foods that satisfy even the most difficult people. Highly recommended. I really enjoyed the cream pastries.

I found the store always closed... Was I unlucky? On Saturdays at 12, the store is closed... In my opinion, a grocery store for celiacs should have normal hours, right? Not open at 10 and close at 12, only to reopen at 4 maybe? And closing at 5 gives a terrible impression; I don't think I'll go back and I strongly discourage it.

A clean and well-kept store with mostly in-house production, featuring very courteous staff, from the owner Ileana to her collaborators. The bread is very good and varied in type (even with bamboo), and the pastries and lasagnas are excellent. The prices are those of gluten-free products, which are necessarily higher than conventional ones, but fair, especially since it is artisanal gastronomy.

Professional staff.... Friendly... Quality food..... The owner wrote a book (fun and light) that is very interesting about the customers of the shop.... I tasted the desserts even though I am not celiac...

Coming to try the various products available is always a pleasure; the cakes are also very good, and the owners are very kind and helpful.

I appreciate the goodwill and entrepreneurial courage in a certainly challenging sector with uncertain outcomes. However, I suggest a more direct comparison with other similar realities, an exchange of recipes and techniques. The simpler products are also good, at least at a minimum level, but the 'sfogliati', for example, are very rich and often indigestible. Supplì and croquettes really show a lack of culinary talent. Why does gluten-free have to be punishing?? Bland, unseasoned, dry... why?? In the area, there are pizzerias and bistros/pastries with absolutely better products that show it can be done much better. As a celiac, I enjoy leaving these shops thinking that I've eaten better than at home. This is not the case.

I really have to thank those who work in this place, they truly satisfied me! I have a friend who can eat very few things, and I wanted to make her a cake for her birthday. The very kind lady fulfilled my requests and the cake was really good. My friend liked it very much. Thank you so much, I will come back.
