The products are incredibly fresh, fragrant, and amazingly good; you would hardly believe they are gluten-free. I wonât list what I ate and how good it was because no demonstrations are needed; all I say is you can feel and see that there is passion, research, and love for the craft behind it. Highly recommended not only for those who are celiac but for anyone who loves authentic flavors and artisanal quality. Exceptional products, but unfortunately one of the two people working behind the counter is disarmingly unfriendly; it seems like every time he is doing you a favor by serving you, he doesnât even glance at you, and Iâve heard him raise his voice by himself. Aside from this "touch of color", it is a guarantee for celiacs and gluten intolerant individuals, the fresh products made by them are really good.

Pizza, fried foods, and desserts are very good; it doesn't feel like eating gluten-free food, partly due to the use of gluten-free flours. Very reasonable prices and very welcoming staff. (The only downside is that they don't serve supplĂŹ for lunch right now.)

This is the best gluten-free bakery I have ever been to. We tried a bit of everything, both savory and sweet, and it was all EXCEPTIONAL! Great for non-celiacs too, because honestly, I am not one and I would never have noticed the difference. Well done! Some places deserve 6 stars.

The quality of the products is high, but unfortunately I found little transparency in the prices. This is the case with the bread, which was priced "by eye" only for me to come home and find that I paid much more than the expressed price per kg (I had already noticed, buying the same things, that the price fluctuated too much from one day to another). On January 12, 2025, I ordered pizza on Just Eat, with a delivery time of 9:30 PM, which is strange since your place closes at 9 PM. In fact, the pizza was ice-cold, the mozzarella was dry as if the pizza was from the day before. Of course, I will attach the photos and then compare them with those published on your site because the difference is really significant. The receipt states 8:40 PM, so the pizza was ready at that time but was delivered at 9:30 PM, forgetting the ordered drink and a portion of olive ascolane. An absurd disappointment, especially since you serve a public with food intolerances. The pizza was completely inedible.

Lovely service, welcomed with open arms and the owner even shared stories of how this wonderful place was started. Biggest selection of gluten free I have seen after travelling Europe for over two months. Restaurants should come here to stock up on pizza dough and pasta. I tried 80% of gluten-free bakeries and I can guarantee that none compare. The croissants are REAL and GOOD. The pizza is delicious and absolutely nothing can rival the sliced pizza from regular bakeries. Exceptional baked goods, absolutely to be tried. The only small flaw: the pastries are a bit bland, but that's personal taste. For everything else, I am speechless. Better than the chain for sure. Better than any other gluten-free bakery. Incredible rudeness, my boyfriend and I called three times at three different times to try to place an order (as we were advised when we discovered them for the first time), and each time a gentleman answered the phone very rudely, we were quickly and uncivilly dismissed. I gave the service several chances due to my intolerances and the quality of the products, but being treated so rudely for asking to order didn't seem right to me. The negative experience obviously affected my judgment, and I won't make any more attempts.

Gluten free heaven! Surprised to see negative reviews here as we loved everything about this bakery/store and the service we recieved. I have never experienced so many options in all of the UK and Australia. The croissant and other items we tried were better than I have found in 11years of being Gluten Free and really reasonable in price. Just a short walk from Tilburtina Station.

I believe this is the first time I find such an rude person at the counter of a store. It almost feels like I'm disturbing. Normal gluten-free products. Very greasy pizza. Personally, I will buy elsewhere. I imagine for the owner - as I read in some responses to negative reviews about his terrible way of behaving with a customer - it's not a problem. Happy for him. PS I see that the owner also checks how many reviews are written. In fact, he was on the phone when I entered, didn't greet me, and seemed very annoyed to be distracted from his smartphone. I donât write many, but mostly positive ones.

Really rude and ill-mannered staff, low-quality and poorly presented products, the bread is terrible and priced prohibitively for the weight in question, packaged products have inflated prices which cost half in a regular supermarket, prices are never stable (one time you pay âŹ5, the same product two days later âŹ7), the cake I tasted was sour and anyone who claims they are the best gluten-free pizzeria has never eaten a good pizza! Never to be tried again.

I'm not from Rome, but being in the area, I wanted to try this bakery. Fantastic pizza, excellent pastries! Prices of fresh products are in line with other places I've tried, especially in other cities (I often travel). In other reviews, the staff's lack of courtesy is mentioned; I believe I was served by the owner, and he is not very polite, let alone welcoming! I also suggest to him to follow the last point on the displayed sign, and above all, I would like to say that words don't cost anything, so... However, it's still worth it, and they probably already know this!
