I was here just before closing time so the choice was a bit more limited than usual. But nevertheless I had two great salads and some sweets. Very nice people and very nice food. The only criticism I can have is that I walked by the place twice, before finding it and it is not even small. However, happy I found it eventually.

Good!! Everything gluten-free and plant-based, the carrot cake is better than the gluten one. One downside: since it's self-service, the tables weren't clean and the seats are quite uncomfortable.

Happy oasis, at least for me who recently discovered that I am celiac. Informal place, kind staff, and excellent food. It's great to be able to choose without the fear of food being contaminated. I highly recommend the supplì because they are divine. The desserts are excellent too.

Gluten-free! Soft and at the same time crispy red pizza, then eaten as takeout while strolling through the streets of downtown Rome is a delight. Also worth mentioning is the soft and well-filled pizza bun which has pleased even those who are not gluten-sensitive!

I entered the place half an hour before closing, and although there wasn't much choice left, the girls at the counter were very accommodating and prepared lunch for me. The focaccia was homemade and really good! The place is 100% gluten-free, so there is no risk of contamination!!

Everything gluten-free. It’s an unusual place. I had a dish with chickpeas and a dish with carrots and hazelnuts. I also had a dessert with pears and pistachios that I really enjoyed. I got a piece of focaccia, good. The dishes weren’t completely to my liking as they were very spicy in my opinion (turmeric, cumin...). I didn’t feel unwell, so that’s perfect because there were no contaminations.

I want to give five stars and, if they had at least a few more offerings for the palate of celiac children, I would have given praise as well. I compliment them on the ideal they promote, which is respect for the environment and the delicate fight against food waste. We felt in another dimension, slower and above all more genuine. All the offerings are gluten-free. Our daughter enjoyed a good focaccia with spinach and mozzarella (amazing dough, we liked the filling less) and some supplì stuffed with pumpkin, scamorza, and tomato: great for us but slightly spicy for the little girl, who ate half of it, finally opting for a delicious brownie. I was a bit disappointed. The place is located in the city center and at 1 PM the counter was very poorly stocked. Only one very thick and doughy buckwheat pizza. They sell it by the slice or filled to order. 3 cold dishes of pasta or large salads based on legumes. The desserts looked very dry and not inviting at all. Unfortunately, I didn't try anything because even though I was very hungry, nothing attracted me. In my opinion, more attention should be paid to the variety of food by the slice and the presentation of the dishes in the display.

Happy but not extremely happy... there wasn't a great choice and everything was cold. The supplì was very good but cold, and we got it just by luck because it was the last one. The idea of having water in a pitcher was very good. However, the focaccia wasn't that good and was really very expensive.

I bought some buckwheat buns, good but I don’t understand why they have to make them smaller than the corn ones, which I couldn’t find. I’m talking about bread, not something else; it’s something you should be able to find at any hour. Instead, I had to settle for the buckwheat ones. I’ve been going there for many years; the things are very good, but they have (in my opinion) a significant flaw: they open at 10 in the morning and close at 4. If you don’t live nearby or happen to pass by, you don’t know it. Anyway, I wanted to say that intolerant or celiac people also eat after 4; can we extend the hours? Especially since we’re in Rome, and when it’s hot, nobody feels like coming to you. There should be a bit more respect for those who can’t eat gluten. Don’t you think? I shouldn’t have to either live above the store or be a tourist passing by; have longer hours! Also, it’s not even the guaranteed 8 hours. Look for examples around Rome, like from Gogò which opens at 7:30 am and closes at 8:30 pm, or Celiachia that opens at 10:00 am and closes at 8:00 pm.

We found it by chance, and we were very satisfied, especially my wife who almost felt at home. They prepare bread, tarts, cookies, pizza, calzones, supplì, and first/second courses, all gluten-free. The sweet part, except for muffins, cream-filled pastries, and swirl pastries, is also lactose-free. Open from 8 AM to 4 PM. Unfortunately, there's no evening service.
