We chose this restaurant as they offered gluten free options as I am a ceoliac. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and asked if we required gluten free options. They could make any of the pastas and pizzas gluten free so we had an ample amount of options. Our food took a while to come out but the waiter apologised and gave us both a complimentary drink to apologise for the wait . The food was sensational when it arrived , really really tasty. It was well priced for fresh gluten free food. Would recommend to anyone who needs gluten free options in Rome :)

Surely the best gluten-free and lactose-free carbonara in Rome, but probably also in my life! Unfortunately, I can't give more than 4 stars because the service really left a lot to be desired: we went in low season so there wasn't chaos or many tables to follow, but every request made to the waiter with glasses seemed to be a bother for both the expression he wore approaching the table and the way he responded!

We had a wonderful dinner here. Even without a reservation, we were seated immediately on the terrace. It had a real trattoria atmosphere in a narrow alley next to the Pantheon. The service was fast, friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty. We had gluten-free ravioli and pizza. The gluten-free pizza is excellent, with a crust just like regular pizza. 👌🏻

Very nice location, restaurant situated in the heart of Rome. We ate outside in a courtyard, but it was very quiet and peaceful. The place offers a variety of dishes that mix Roman tradition with a bit of innovation, making them appetizing and also intriguing to try. What we liked most is that if there is a celiac person, they place a small flag on the table to indicate that there is someone to pay attention to. Both the staff and the owner were very kind and welcoming.

Wonderful location, although it's in the very center and just steps from the Pantheon, it's not the usual tourist trap!!! Service: The staff was very kind, we asked to change seats and they didn't think twice about moving us even though we had been seated 10/15 minutes earlier. The waiters were courteous. Food: Gluten-free carbonara was bland and the egg was a bit overcooked, I would have preferred the guanciale in cubes rather than in strips. Fried pizzottelle were decent gluten-free, the best was the one with burrata and anchovies; as for the other two, one flavor overpowered the other, and it wasn't mozzarella but fior di latte. The gluten-free beer was very good. The cacio e pepe was fair, except there was still cooking water so that when I stirred the spaghetti, they were too wet. Ambiance: Very nice, there was also a mezzanine with various seating options. Total: €40

One piece of advice: serve the burgers by default in a bun, we happened to come one evening when the gluten-free bread for burgers had run out and we were offered a focaccia instead... which we were charged €5.50 for... The food is good, excellent pizzas. The gluten-free food is also good and appreciated. The only thing is that we were told very insistently during the booking that, due to covid regulations, it was not possible to book a table for 7, but tables for a maximum of 4. However, this regulation, issued with an ordinance on June 4, 2021, imposed a limit of 6 and not 4 people, and expired on June 21, well before August 28, when we had dinner.

Really quiet and of excellent quality, in a small alley but if you stretch your arm you can touch the Pantheon. My wife is gluten intolerant and was really happy with what she tasted. It is not easy for her to choose any dish from the menu, we recommend different types of handmade pasta that are hard to come by. It's advisable to book ahead if you don't want to risk long waits, or if you don't mind, you can sit outside. I won't easily forget the tonnarelli cacio e pepe. I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, both for the unique atmosphere inside (two-story venue with frescoed walls) and for its location just steps away from the Pantheon, and (most importantly) for the gluten-free cuisine it offers!!! The entire menu is available in a gluten-free version. I had an excellent carbonara, the pasta was very al dente. For the second course, I had saltimbocca alla romana. AIC certified venue, a guarantee! Recommended for anyone in the area!!

Great food, polite and attentive staff, in one of the most picturesque places in Rome. Dining on the upper floor offers an almost unreal atmosphere (though the heat is quite noticeable). They are equipped for gluten-free options, so there are no issues for those, like me, who are intolerant.
