The bagels were unbelievably fluffy — easily some of the best I’ve ever had, hard to believe that they are gluten free! — and the sweets were just as impressive. The aged apple juice was exceptional and honestly the best I’ve ever tasted. There are a few seats inside, and although the space is compact, it feels refined and comfortable, making it easy to relax. I also had a sample of their matcha latte, which was incredibly authentic and unlike anything I’ve had in Australia. Conveniently located on the way to Tokyo Tower. Highly recommended.
