[Honmachi] Gluten-Free Crepes Made with Gluten-Free Rice Flour I went to Honmachi to try their gluten-free crepes. I arrived just before 6:30 PM. It was right before closing time, so there was no one in line. I ordered the "Coupe Ice Cookie Cream" (550 yen). The batter is made with gluten-free rice flour, making it chewier than a regular crepe. While the crepe was a little small, it was packed with ice cream right down to the last bite, which was very satisfying. They accepted most cashless payment methods! (See image for details.) The taste wasn't significantly different from a wheat crepe, and the unique texture of glutinous rice flour was refreshing and delicious!
