I found no matches with the online reviews. They have very few shortcrust products, nothing more. The staff is not very helpful and not inclined to converse. I believe they work by appointment only.

Excellent products! I had the chance to try both desserts and pizzas and sandwiches, and everything was truly delicious. Finally, a place where celiacs can choose from a variety of options! Highly recommended.

During our stay in Alghero, we were fortunate enough to sample the delights of Babaglù. We finally had the chance to enjoy delicious, fresh desserts (cardinale, muffins, cookies, donuts, and a delicious almond cake), excellent soft and flavorful sandwiches, and, above all, a surprising pizza by the slice. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming.

A dream for celiacs! I've tried several things now, from desserts, cakes, tiramisu, to pizza by the slice, all reliably gluten-free and lactose-free. Everything is truly delicious (even those who aren't intolerant agree). I'm so happy to see this opening in Alghero.

Babaglú is literally a magical place! As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, professionalism, and dedication. The desserts speak for themselves! Beautiful and delicious! They make all the bad memories of the chemical- and alcohol-scented desserts out there disappear, leaving room for goodness, sweetness, and softness.
