A guarantee, luckily they exist. I tried the long pancakes and they were fabulous. The pabassini were excellent. Then I fell in love with the sacher, I have never eaten such good ones. The croissants, if freshly made, are excellent, unfortunately a couple of times they sold me the ones from the day before and I threw them away.

Vanali is a guarantee, the best pastry shop in Sassari at every location. The staff is extremely friendly, the environment is fresh, and there is a wide selection of gluten-free and lactose-free desserts, with a dedicated counter (in addition to another separate counter for classic pastries), where individual portions of cakes can also be found. The taste and quality of their products is the same across all types, to the extent that when my non-celiac friends eat their desserts, they notice no difference in taste compared to the classics.

My Sardinian friends' favorite pastry shop and I'm so happy that they have a gluten-free section full of delicious sweets, many of which are dairy-free! I had the big cookie with chocolate cream, the puff pastry with apples, the mini sacher, and the tegolino (the latter has stolen my heart). Fantastic quality-price ratio. Such big and tasty pastries at this price are something we can only dream of on the mainland.

My point of reference for pastries in Sassari. Here I find excellent fresh pastries, in particular, I would recommend the peach and the fritter. The pastries are also lactose-free. The sponge cake tarts are delicious, but I definitely recommend the millefoglie: a unique delight! The gluten-free items are prepared in a separate lab.

We spoke on the phone to book a cake and savory catering (all gluten-free) for the wedding, everything was fine. Today I called to confirm once they returned from their vacation and surpriseeee, they no longer delivered to the restaurant. Four days before the wedding, what a huge disappointment! Thank you! I will definitely not buy anything from them again!!!! 👏👏

I stopped by to pick up gluten-free pastries, which is a specialty of the pastry shop. It was a great opportunity to enjoy a spectacular and exquisite pistachio croissant, filled with pistachio cream. The apotheosis of taste. But the pastry shop offers an overwhelming amount of sweets and delicacies that can awaken and satisfy all the senses of a human being. I recommend it for any ceremony or memorable event, or to satisfy that craving for something good that every now and then is a must for the body and mind. Excellent and plentiful.
