Impeccable service. The staff is very kind and friendly. I had a gluten-free pizza (in fact, my review is based on my gluten-free experience) and unfortunately, my experience was negative: the crust was very hard and the dough seemed tough, making it impossible to cut, and in some spots, it was undercooked. In fact, I took it home and reheating it on the griddle made it much better. I understand that gluten-free has a particular need, but I don't understand why there is this extra charge given the type of dough used. I have been celiac for years, I have visited many, if not too many, pizzerias, and I have NEVER spent €20 for a glass of wine and a pizza (without coffee or amaro); I hope there isn't an excessive cover charge, given that the outside is in an industrial area and you breathe the smog from the trucks parked behind the tables.

I stopped for lunch because I had read positive reviews, but I don't think I'll go back. The owner, visibly irritated by the request for a gluten-free pizza at noon, said they have two ovens but only use one anyway, and no one has ever complained. The pizza was quite rich, but the bottom was half raw. It may be true that all the products are gluten-free, but if a decision is made in this regard, the celiac customer should also be welcomed.

Personal-sized crust. An endless choice of flavors, traditional but also gluten-free... Delicious dough with no digestibility issues... Compliments!

They are lucky because they are the only ones in Dalmine that make gluten-free pizza (safe). Educated but rude, every time you order or ask for something, it feels like you are bothering them.. I hope for another gluten-free pizzeria in the area soon.

Pizzeria run by 2 nice and always kind sisters, delicious pizza!!! Very attentive to food intolerances, my celiac partner says that the gluten-free pizza is excellent. They also have about ten tables for sitting comfortably with table service.
