I'm sorry, but I have to give a negative review of my experience. I have dined twice in this establishment and on both occasions, the gluten-free and non-gluten-free dishes (I am celiac) did not meet even a minimum standard, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and in the preparation of the dishes. In a 'spaghetti restaurant', the pasta cannot be second-rate and served overcooked, and traditional dishes like amatriciana and carbonara should not be pale copies of the originals (e.g., few traces of guanciale that aren’t even crispy). But the poor quality of a simple mozzarella (dry and somewhat bitter) or of an artichoke carpaccio (rather tough) does not help in raising the judgment. It's a pity, because the waiting staff is kind and accommodating. In the kitchen, everything needs to be reviewed.

Everything was excellent except that the service forgets things. For example, when we went, we had asked for chips, but the waiter forgot them, and we received them with the first course when we had ordered them for the appetizer.

We were finally able to try their gluten free pizza and we were not disappointed. We arrived shortly after they opened and we were greeted by friendly staff. Yes, they really were nice. I ordered a pizza with sun dried tomatoes, Buffalo cheese and capers. It arrived in good time, piping hot. The flavors were delicious! The capers gave a subtle depth with the mild sun dried tomatoes adding to the layers of cheese and pizza sauce. It was by far the best gf pizza I've had in Bari, and I've been here for a few months. I'm planning to return to try the pasta dishes. Highly recommended!

My favorite restaurant. Lovely staff and wonderful atmosphere. Impressive menu including turning many positions in to gluten free options. It’s a must when I’m in town.

I was in Bari on vacation. Being celiac, I found this delightful place. I highly recommend it. My pizza was delicious. My husband's was too. And you won't feel excluded.

Fantastic place! Super friendly staff, excellent food, and very honest prices. Perfectly organized for gluten-free options: panzerotti, first courses, pizza, desserts. Discovered by chance last year while on vacation, my boyfriend and I fell in love with it; in fact, this year it was the first place we went to eat for more than one evening. It’s one of those places where everything is exquisite, and I recommend going multiple times to try as many things as possible, even though we were enchanted by the burrata assassin. The pizza is also very good.

Very picturesque place. A good pizzeria. Good access. The service is courteous and quick. We ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was gluten-free... no problem even after consuming the meal, a sign that the required dietary regime for their certification is truly observed. The pizza was well-cooked, with the right amount of toppings: really good. The cost is reasonable. The atmosphere is suggestive, very rustic. The only downside I noticed is the invasive presence due to the closeness of the other tables; there was really very little space: we could distinctly hear the conversations of others, almost as if we were all sitting at the same table, and the same could be said for the others, which is why I give it 4 stars for the environment. In any case, it was not a big deal. The evening went as it was, a meal among friends chatting about this and that.

The place is simple, they have local food, the good thing is that they make many different types of pasta, and they also make gluten-free options. I'm giving 4 stars only because my dish was very simple to make and didn't fully meet my expectations.

Food is always excellent, good quality for the price. In the picture, my gluten-free dish with Bari-style curd, porcini mushrooms, and black olives. Among my favorites. The wait staff is knowledgeable and aware of food intolerances; the atmosphere is welcoming, though it may be a bit tight in some corners of the venue. Overall, I absolutely recommend it.

Great pizza. Complete and varied menu, from appetizers to homemade desserts. There are also gluten-free and lactose-free pizzas, and you can choose between the barese dough, which is thinner, or the Neapolitan dough, which is more leavened. Friendly and fast staff. The prices are fair. A downside is the cramped space, and when it’s full, it’s hard to talk, so there’s little privacy. It’s advisable to book to avoid waiting outside. Recommended by friends, and I confirm the quality of the choice. I'm sure I will return. I forgot to mention that, being in the city center, finding parking is not easy. I returned yesterday, July 17, 2022. I confirm everything I wrote. Unfortunately, the overcrowding remains, so much so that to reach the reserved table, I had to weave my way through other tables. I found the Neapolitan dough a bit too doughy. Anyway, I think I will return.

The pizza is excellent, especially the gluten-free one. The service is very fast and impeccable. Ingredients of excellent quality. Possibility to choose the pizza dough between Neapolitan and Bari style.
