It has become a must-stop on my vacations. I really appreciated the gluten-free pizza: light, not too salty, it reminds me of the taste of Tuscan bread, for me it’s the best in the world! A gluten-free beer is an absolute must. The staff has always been kind and capable, and the environment is simple and welcoming. See you next year!

I had dinner with friends and relatives and we had made a reservation. We ate a bit of everything... some had pizza... others had platters... some chose hamburgers... we also had snacks and fried food, and a few gluten-free options. Notably, the hamburgers came with sauces but were completely salt-free; the rest was all good.

Nice atmosphere, but the music was a bit too loud for our tastes. Two hamburgers, one of which was gluten-free, were really good, excellent meat and also the rest of the ingredients. The only downside was the undercooked fries, which were thick and very hard but still good. The sorbets were superb. The service was good, but there was a wait to pay, even with few people in the restaurant. However, the waitstaff were attentive and helpful.

Very good, but too expensive. Excellent sandwiches, very tall and made with quality ingredients, you can feel the difference compared to fast food. For those who don't like chianina, there is a vegetarian option, one with chicken, and one with pork, as well as gluten-free sandwiches which may still contain gluten. Capable and friendly staff. The place is nice and there is a wide assortment of dishes, all interesting. The only problem is the price; spending 50 euros for two sandwiches, two beers, and some chips is really a lot. Let's say I hoped that, considering 2 euros for each cover and 2 for a bottle of tap water, after paying 12 euros for each sandwich and 7 for the chips, at least they wouldn't charge me 2 euros for a coffee as well. I understand it's 'gourmet', but at least let's regulate ourselves on water and coffee.
