If I could give more stars I honestly would. I have never been so taken care of when eating out, especially at a not dedicated GF restaurant. Even though not dedicated; they have a seperate GF kitchen. From the moment we stopped in, all eyes were on my safety. They greeted us asking if anyone in our group had allergies. They had a special, different colored placemat that they brought over; along with a dedicated glass and plate that were different colors, and a sealed envelope of silverware for me. I was able to work with the VERY knowledgeable server to help me order something that catered not only to my gluten free needs, but also my diary and soy allergies as well. The food….incredible. The GF Focaccia bread is life changing! We were able to get a meat charcuterie with suggested very low lactose cheese, and I had ZERO reaction. My server had suggested those cheeses specifically and he was spot on. I also ordered the grilled octopus and they let me sub out the mashed potatoes for the veggies “Caprese” style; I highly recommend these. You think they are just veggies, no way! They were cooked with Kalamata olives and pine nuts and are so worth it. If you are celiacs, or even if you aren’t; Pizza in Trevi is amazing; from their staff to their food, I highly recommend and also will be going back for sure!!!

Can I give more than 5 stars??!!! So sad we didn’t find this place our first night in Rome! Food Amazing! Separate gluten free kitchen with blue plates glasses and placemat to ensure safety for those of us with Celiac disease. Fantastic flavors! I ordered Pizza and it was crispy with a nice crust just like the others. It was like I was eating real pizza again (IYKYK) I truly enjoyed my pizza! Everyone else in the party ordered different pizzas and they all raved about them as well. I spoke to a few other celiac people and they recommended the lasagna - next time! Desert !!! OMG simply orgasmic! We decided to try the Zappa Inglese very unique dessert that was an explosion of flavor in you mouth as well as visually pleasing. This was a new to us dessert and we did not regret ordering!! The lady next to us got the crumble and she said it was also divine. Service- everyone helps out and everything comes in a timely manner. Lorenzo was attentive and humorous serving up a great experience to complement the food! For us, this made the evening memorable and fun! Atmosphere is very nice. Pretty lampshades and artwork. Dimming of the lights about 8 adds to a more intimate atmosphere. Everyone around was so friendly we did chat with a few other tables too! Location near the Trevi Fountain! Makes for a nice walk after dinner. Highly recommend a stop or two in here!

We had a reservation for 7:15 and we arrived a little early however, we did not have to wait long. A friend i am traveling with has celiac and she cannot eat gluten at all. This place has a separate kitchen and can make anything on the menu gluten free. In fact she had a different placemat, a different menu, different colored plates and glasses. They go above and beyond ti ensure that she would not have any of her food cross contaminated. Our server Lorenzo was spectacular. You could tell he was enjoying his job. He had fun, was willing to joke around. The food was spectacular gluten free or not gluten free. Everyone at our table was completely satisfied from the Service to The Food. If you get a chance to go here you definitely should do it. Just make sure you have a reservation. When we left there was a line outside down the road. This was also only a 15 minute walk from our hotel - Hotel Brittania.

Amazing food choice right by the Trevi fountain. The whole menu could be done Gluten free with a separate kitchen for cooking gluten free food. The dinner was severed on a different plate with fresh cutlery and place mats provided so that all the staff could recognise you were Gluten Free. Would highly recommend a visit. (P.S. the food is very filling so be careful ordering sides).

This pizzeria is absolutely worth trying. The pizza is delicious even gluten-free. The staff is friendly and approachable. There was only one mistake with a pizza, but they quickly took care of remaking it. It's also very convenient to be able to book a table online.

Really a pizzeria restaurant worthy of its name, located in a very central area of Rome, near the Trevi Fountain, very popular among tourists but still attentive to good cuisine. Organic products and short, traceable supply chains. Friendly staff, our waiter Matteo was quick to describe the dishes that were served to us; smiling, empathetic. I asked for the bread basket and was amazed because I saw fresh bread sliced; he told me it was made with good flours directly by them (and not the usual processed packaged bread, I add). Highly recommended, a paradise for celiacs.

Great experience, venue right in the center, really beautiful location and very kind and attentive staff. For the food, super 5 stars! We had excellent quality gluten-free products, a truly abundant platter of cheeses and cured meats accompanied by divine focaccia, then the exquisite pizzas. We will definitely come back.

A wonderful outing experience - a paradise for us celiacs. Exceptional attention to gluten-free options, an entire menu with many varieties, kindness and friendliness from all the staff, and absolute availability - these are the strengths of the place. Being able to feel at ease away from home, as celiacs, is the true added value of this place. I recommend the pizza, the best I've ever had, perhaps even better than in Naples - with refined and niche ingredients. In addition to the kindness and excellent service, we enjoyed a great pizza. The regular one was delicious, and the gluten-free one was exceptional. A special mention to Mario who assisted us throughout the evening. The prices might be a bit high, but considering that we ate well and were a stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain, I think they are fair. Please note: the entire menu except for the stuffed pastas is available in both regular and gluten-free versions, separate kitchens, table service indicated with placemats and different colored utensils for gluten-free. The venue is highlighted by AIC. I'm sorry to have only discovered this now.

We came from Tuscany because my husband's graduation ceremony was near the Trevi Fountain and I found this restaurant. The website is very inviting and clear. When we arrived, we met a kind and helpful staff. We all ate very well. The photos I will post are of the 2 gluten-free first courses I had because I am celiac, and they were exquisite.

Initially skeptical given the location (practically in front of the Trevi Fountain), as soon as we entered, we felt as if we were in a place we had been going to for years. The staff is truly fantastic and attentive, the girl who manages reservations and the entire dining area, Rina, is really wonderful, attentive to all needs, always smiling, and ready to advise on the vast choice! The kitchen, in addition to normal Roman tradition, also offers gluten-free options, and I believe the gluten-free pizza is the best I have ever eaten... no difference from traditional Italian, a dough likely the result of years of research to improve until reaching a unique product. The establishment prepares any dish with either regular diet products or gluten-free without any difference! The beef fillet in truffle cream is the best dish I have ever eaten, and the prices are really very low compared to the quality of the products. In conclusion, excellent flavors, fantastic staff, and reasonable prices make this place a true reference in the Roman Piazza! Reservation is recommended! Thank you, Rina, and see you soon!

Wonderful place in the heart of the city next to the Trevi Fountain. The entire menu is also gluten-free. On the first evening we had Roman specialties, and on the second, pizza. Everything was truly excellent, generous portions, quick service, and very kind staff. Next to the venue is a gluten-free ice cream shop. What can I say? I don’t know more. Truly well done. If you go to Rome, you must visit this place.

Congratulations on the GLUTEN-FREE pizza! When going to the center of Rome, you have to be very careful. The dough is soft, tasty, and light. Very fresh ingredients! The only problem is the prices (we paid around €20 for each pizza), but of course, we are in front of the Trevi Fountain. PS. They also have a celiac-friendly gelateria (also theirs) next door.

A week ago we were at this very nice and welcoming place, with very kind and polite staff. It's really close to the Trevi Fountain, and because of its location, they have an electric oven. The pizza, however, is really very good, worth mentioning that all dishes can also be requested gluten free. I want to say that they were very attentive to allergens and immediately asked us if we had any problems of that kind, which was much appreciated since my partner is allergic to many products. The prices are a little high, but the quality of the products is very good. We had an Amatriciana pizza and a focaccia with Pedrazzoli mortadella (buffalo burrata, pistachio crumbs, and mortadella). We'll be coming back 👍🏻😉

I start by saying that the customer attention in this establishment is at its highest levels, even more so for those with celiac disease. As soon as we arrived, they asked us if any of us eats gluten-free, and upon my assent, they brought me a placemat of a different color from the others, with a glass different from those of the other diners and cutlery inside a lovely little package. From the menu, it is possible to take ANY dish available for people who can eat gluten in a gluten-free version. I had a pizza, really excellent! My sister, who can eat gluten, had a pasta dish and complimented the chef! Really, really nice! The price is appropriate for the location; we must remember that we are just 2 steps from the Trevi Fountain. Definitely worth returning!

Great location just 2 steps from the famous attraction of the Trevi Fountain, the interior is well-ventilated and air-conditioned, with the possibility of dining outside with a view of the fountain. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The dishes served are exquisite, well-cooked, and presented beautifully (after all, we eat with our eyes too). Even a 'simple' Caesar salad was prepared with attention to the balance of flavors, with crunchy parts contrasting with soft ones, savory bits alongside less savory ones, and an excellent homemade Caesar dressing. The gluten-free pizza is also excellent, freshly made, which is not taken for granted in a restaurant with an almost endless clientele from opening to closing time. Great selection of both regional wines and labels from outside the region. The bill is the most surprising part; considering the proximity to the fountain and the quantity and quality of the served dishes, the price is surprisingly low. Highly recommended.

I was there in early August. CERTIFIED AIC LOCAL. Every evening we went to eat there because the gluten-free pizzas were really good. One evening we also ordered a cacio e pepe (one with and the other without gluten: both delicious). Near the Trevi Fountain, so the cost is justified (the cover charge is not applied). This restaurant is located on a small street that faces away from the wonderful Fountain. The place is very nice, and the staff is available, kind, and competent. Highly recommended for all celiacs/gluten intolerant or allergic to wheat flour like me, especially if you want to enjoy a pizza made to perfection! The dough is truly fantastic, making you not notice the (visual) difference from the pizzas of diners who ordered the 'classic' one. The use of sourdough certainly contributes to its lightness and the combination of buckwheat with other flours. It's clear there's a lot of thought behind this pizza, so hats off to whoever created this dough. I tried the pizza, but the menu for celiacs is really extensive and will allow you to indulge. Well... enjoy your meal!

Impeccable experience. The location is situated just a few meters from the Trevi Fountain, with certified cuisine also for those with GLUTEN intolerance. Very welcoming exterior, menu with regular and gluten-free options prominently displayed. Beautiful decor. They changed cutlery, glasses, and plate for the gluten-intolerant person accompanying me to avoid contamination. Well-structured menu with a wide choice between first and second courses, using many organic flours or special ingredients that you don't often find in restaurants, so a point in its favor. Very friendly and professional staff (they brought drinks to the table with a straw, covered with a paper wrap on the top, as it should be, since many do not). Impeccable carbonara, nothing to say! (even the gluten-free one). Excellent restroom facilities considering the peak hours. The only downside (which is not actually a downside, but personal taste) is that being a small venue, it created a bit of noise confusion when it filled up, but it was acceptable; it was not such a glaring issue. Definitely worth going.

A certified AIC locale just steps from the Trevi Fountain that offers a vast gluten-free menu. You can also dine outside while enjoying the view of the square. Excellent gluten-free carbonara, really well made. I also tried the pizza: good but maybe a bit too crunchy for my taste. A little too salty. I've had better, but it remains a great pizza nonetheless. A surprise was the final bill: two pizzas, one gluten-free, one carbonara, a 1.5L sparkling water, and a glass of draft coke, just over 50 euros. For those who might wrinkle their nose at the price, considering the location and the attentive, friendly service that was prepared for every need makes it worthwhile.

The place is located next to the Trevi Fountain. It’s a small local spot usually very crowded, with a varied menu that also offers gluten-free options. Personally, I tried the gluten-free pizza for takeout, which was very good and soft, generously topped. I advise against going during peak hours because the wait will be very long, so arm yourself with patience. I recommend it to you!

Attention if you are celiac! Everything was very good and the products tasty. We had two bruschettas, some pasta, and a tiramisu. I am celiac and ordered the gluten-free bruschettas, the amatriciana pasta, and we shared a gluten-free tiramisu for dessert. After two hours from lunch, I'm not feeling well, just like when I eat contaminated food, I wonder if they made a mistake with the tiramisu (they asked us if we wanted it gluten-free and we specified!)
