Gluten-free pizza should be booked in advance, at the time of booking I informed them that I am celiac and the staff subsequently informed the pizza maker. I really enjoyed the pizza and managed to finish it, the dough was light and I had no trouble digesting it. The other diners were equally satisfied with their "normal" pizzas! The staff was extremely kind and friendly.

The best gluten-free pizza in Gargano, note that they make the dough themselves and it is not frozen like in 90% of pizzerias.

Gluten-free pizza should preferably be reserved; at the time of reservation, I informed them that I am celiac and the staff consequently informed the pizza maker. I liked the pizza very much and managed to finish it; the dough was light and I had no trouble digesting it. The other diners were equally satisfied with their 'normal' pizzas! The staff was extremely kind and friendly. I felt truly well taken care of.

We traveled several kilometers to eat gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, the evaluation is insufficient for various reasons. I didn't like the service from start to finish. We had a table outside; it was windy but pleasant. We asked for table weights, and they suggested putting the bottles on the corners. The waiter only approached the table upon request. The gluten-free pizza was just enough; the other pizza was inadequate, not to mention the knives that weren't suitable for pizza, and the cherry on top... the dessert!!! Served on a coffee plate!!! When I pointed this out to the waiter... he politely replaced it, saying there was no problem!!! You can feel the end-of-season fatigue, but tourists are still around in September.

Very good. Beautiful pizzeria, we ate on the spacious terrace (nice, I suggest bringing a sweater even in summer). We went to try the typical paposcia, which was very good. The staff was friendly and accommodating; for example, our 6-year-old daughter was complaining about being hungry even before she entered, and the staff asked if we wanted them to bring something quick for her, and in less than 5 minutes, there was already a nice hot margherita on the table. The option for gluten-free pizza was also great.

Excellent gluten-free pizza (with homemade dough) in particular. The "normal" pizza is also very good. Friendly staff. Pleasant music.

High-quality products. The citrus salad is fabulous, and the home-grown oranges have a wonderful taste and aroma. The pizza is excellent, both in the regular version and gluten-free: my wife is celiac, so I tried both (the place is AIC certified) and practically there is no difference. Highly recommended.

Excellent pizzeria for gluten-free. Dough unlike anything I've found in many years, soft pizza but with a crispy crust and top-quality ingredients. Modern, youthful, and impeccably clean venue. All staff are smiling and professional. The pizzaiolo is fantastic, having followed and researched excellent gluten-free doughs for years. The paposce are also delicious. Finally, I can say a big bravo!
