the best polenta I have ever eaten! (and they have certification)

cute place, certified, but not the entire menu is gluten-free. perhaps the portion of polenta was a bit small compared to what I expected (considering the price, not high, but I was expecting a more generous portion)

Very good food, and a menu that varies often. Specialized in excellent risottos.

A Memorable Meal at Osteria Risi.Co – Great Food, Atmosphere & Gluten-Free Friendly We recently dined at Osteria Risi.Co in Bergamo with a group of Italian friends and family, and the entire experience was exceptional. The restaurant has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for a leisurely dinner filled with conversation and laughter. One of our group was gluten-free, and we were so pleased to find that the menu was accommodating and clearly marked, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the evening without worry. I ordered the Redècc Risotto, made with Trevisan red chicory, Valcalepio wine, gorgonzola cheese, and speck—it was rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced with just the right touch of bitterness from the chicory and depth from the wine. Absolutely delicious. We also shared the Tagliere Risi.Co, a generous and beautifully presented board of local cured meats (including Prosciutto Ruliano aged 24 months), cheeses, homemade onion compote, and honey. It was a real celebration of local flavors, and we ended up sharing a bit of everything among us. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about the quality of both the food and the overall experience. It was a highlight of our trip to Bergamo, and I’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended—especially if you’re looking for a place with excellent regional food and gluten-free options!

Good food, friendly staff knowledgeable about gluten-free options. Fresh bread was brought to the table. The menu is almost completely gluten-free (there are only a couple of dishes not suitable for celiacs). As a celiac, I had no problems.

Delicious food and a lot of attention from the staff. Most of the options are also gluten-free! Very welcoming place :)

Very good main courses and desserts! Simple but welcoming environment. Staff attentive to cross-contamination.

Polenta taragna with porcini mushrooms: good polenta, very flavorful (perhaps even too much) but in relation to the price (€13) it's in small quantities. A meager trace of mushrooms. Casoncelli: good, just the right amount because eating more would be overwhelming. Service was a bit apathetic and confused: the polenta arrived before the drinks... Price is a bit high compared to other similar places in the area. Positive note: they are AIC certified, so it's a valid location for diners with celiac disease/intolerances.

everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert

They haven't offered the risotto tasting menu for years now. I confirm that the first courses are excellent, as are the second courses. The cheesecake and chocolate cake are noteworthy.

A small place that I highly recommend, I have been there a couple of times to eat and I found it excellent, the risottos are super! The other dishes on the menu are fabulous too, I recommend the menu that costs 25 euros and includes a tasting of three risottos with water, wine, coffee, and an appetizer. The place is very well-presented and the staff is friendly. Furthermore, the place is AIC certified, so the risottos and many other dishes are gluten-free, excellent!
