Delicious gluten-free pizza. Get ready for gluten-free.

Historical venue, pioneers of SG for over twenty years. Excellent pizza and very attentive to SG. Highly recommended.

Lunch among friends, with a person intolerant to gluten and lactose. The attention given to intolerances was truly appreciated: the menu offers a wide selection of well-marked dishes, and the staff is knowledgeable and willing to find the most suitable solution for the customer. The quality of gluten-free products was excellent: the ricotta and spinach tortelli were homemade and the homemade bread was served as a side. The other diners were very satisfied: both the first courses and the pizzas were tasty, not to mention the dessert, a delicious house tiramisu. Absolutely recommended!

Simple place but good food for both celiacs and non-celiacs. Service was a bit rushed but acceptable. We both ate well without any issues. There's a wood-fired oven, and the fried gnocchi and fresh stuffed pasta, like ricotta ravioli for celiacs, were very good... slurp.

Prices are too high for the offered products, the place is from the 80s and poorly maintained. Gluten-free pizza is not good, there are much better quality doughs around, 11 euros for a Margherita!

Always very kind. Last night I didn't have the usual gluten-free pizza. I wanted to try the gluten-free pasta. I ordered the mushroom tagliatelle. They were exquisite, but unfortunately, they had a bit too much parsley for my taste, and since I didn't finish them, they gave me a discount. That's how it's done: well done! Thank you for the kindness. It was greatly appreciated!! Of course, we will return, and next time I will mention my personal tastes. Top

Finally, I found a certified AIC venue in Parma that can meet my needs as a celiac! I'm just sorry I discovered it so late. From now on, I will be a regular customer! So far, I've only tasted the fried gnocchi and the pizza, both excellent! I will happily return.

Fried gnocchi and gluten-free pizza are delicious. The cured meats are amazing. Impeccable service despite the late hour at which we arrived.

The environment is quiet, the staff is very kind and attentive to customers. Fast service. For those like me who cannot eat gluten, the pizza is really very good. We also ordered some seafood appetizers with mussels and shrimp in pink sauce accompanied by gluten-free bread and fried cake. The desserts are also excellent; I had a crème brûlée.

We ordered 5 pizzas, 2 Coca Colas, and 3 beers for a total of €71. The pizza was inedible; if you bite into a Stadler like the ones you used in technical class, you might find it more flavorful. The service was pathetic, the pizzas were cold, and the gluten-free one was completely burnt. Change your profession.

I tried the gluten-free pizza delivered via Just Eat. The delivery was pretty on time, but the pizza arrived slightly cold. Solved by heating it in the oven. I had a Capricciosa and I must say it wasn’t bad! The mix of ingredients was good and tasty, and the dough was flavorful. As a type of dough, I wouldn’t categorize it as "Neapolitan pizza". Considering the context (Parma), I give it 4 stars (since here even the normal pizza resembles more of a piada-pizza), (of course, if we had been in Campania, I would have rated it 3). APPROVED!

The cuisine is good, the pizza is good. Upon request, it is possible to eat gluten-free and lactose-free pizza! Thank you for existing.

Great pizza. Especially the gluten-free one. Downside... the prices.

Dedicated menu for celiacs with truly excellent products. The trio of tortelli is simply perfect. The venue is not very modern, but pleasant as it is not crowded, allowing for a quiet dinner or lunch.

Location in the center, interiors a bit dated, but clean and quiet nonetheless. Very kind and helpful staff. AIRC certified. I only tried the gluten-free pizza, the dough was good but thick. I prefer thin pizzas. Honest prices that are affordable for everyone. Overall, everything was fine.

A place with classic decor but definitely suitable for the context! I found the staff well-prepared and attentive to our needs. The gluten-free pizza was really delicious and tasty, with a soft interior and a crispy exterior. Surely, when I return to Parma, I will go to taste other dishes that I saw on the menu.
