Great gluten-free pizzeria with takeout option, pizza baked in a separate oven, informed staff, vast selection of flavors, the pizza is good. I haven't tried the restaurant, but from the menu, there are many gluten-free choices.

Very, very good pizza, especially for those with celiac disease. Polite and kind staff, simple and clean environment. Long wait times every time; sitting down at 8 PM with a nearly empty room and eating the pizzas at 9:30 PM is not acceptable. I believe the problem is due to the fact that they do a lot of takeout pizza. I hope they resolve this issue.

I will be honest, the food was very good, including the fries, so for celiacs, it is highly recommended. The beer was also very good, even gluten-free. A small negative detail is that, at least when I went there, they were out of toilet paper. The pizza was a bit burnt for my taste, and the chairs were a bit low, so for short people like me, it was a bit uncomfortable. The glasses were very nice, the oak table was good, the Coca-Cola was good, and the water tasted like water, which is good. All the Calvé sauces were available, and there was a TV to watch the shows they were playing.

Everything very good, I don't give 5 stars because there are small adjustments to be made. The service needs to be faster, at least one more waiter is needed. As for the food, nothing to say except about the risotto. Working in the same industry but at a higher level, I would recommend making a risotto that is not boiled first; pre-cooking is fine to help the chef for service, but I wouldn't do it through boiling, rather just a light sauté. As for the pizza, I raise my hands, nothing to say. I would focus a bit more on the aesthetic aspect of the restaurant, bringing it to a more elegant level. Regarding the service for celiac customers, nothing to say here either, really compliments.

We chose this restaurant because it was recommended by our landlord since my child is celiac! Despite the location being a bit far from the central area, I really appreciated the attention they put into preparing the gluten-free pizza, which was cooked in a stone oven (a rarity for gluten-free pizza!). The quality of the pizza dough was excellent, as was the fried fish we had as an appetizer! Nice and clean environment! Obviously, it will become a regular stop every time we return to Capo d'Orlando!

What can I say, my vote says it all. I had a great experience and give 5 stars. Friendly staff, top-quality ingredients, and seeing the owner put their heart and soul into it is a plus. Even in moments of confusion, managing and adding small nuances to the presentation of the dishes is always a good sign. The menu is very extensive, and you can choose between seafood, mountain dishes, and pizza, "a great pizza," "sublime." You have the option to choose various types of flavors and flours, including gluten-free, with slow fermentation for high digestibility. If I have the chance, I will definitely return.

Pizzas that I would define as "Author's Paintings." With every bite, a celebration of taste, sophistication in the raw materials, and precision in the ingredient pairings that enhance the flavors. A wide choice of doughs (kamut, 9 grains, Senatore Cappelli, etc.) and pizza menus: classic, special, and gourmet. Fermentation done to perfection, light and easily digestible dough. A "gem" of the place is the attention to gluten-free options, offering various culinary proposals both as a restaurant and as a pizzeria. Courteous and kind staff. Highly recommended.

Three stars only for the attention to gluten-free options. Distracted and (perhaps) inexperienced service, overwhelmed despite the place being half empty. The restaurant offers pizzas made with ancient and special flours, but unfortunately not handled skillfully. It's a shame because the ingredients were of good quality, but it is wise not to venture into using these flours without first studying them thoroughly. Good value for money.

Great restaurant found by chance. I think it's exceptional for gluten-free options. But also for regular dishes. Like all Sicilian places, you have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. I definitely recommend the house appetizer based on fish. Excellent value for money. Definitely worth returning.

We ate really well. There was everything, even for those with gluten intolerance. Everything was of good quality and the portions were generous.

Informal and pleasant environment. Indoor and outdoor seating with coverage. Primarily, it is an excellent pizzeria that also offers flours and doughs compatible with people with food intolerances. The first courses and fish dishes are delightful and tasty. Courteous and professional staff. The quality-price ratio is absolutely appropriate. In conclusion, a highly recommended place.

Located in the Forno district, it has been a point of reference for pizza for years; both for takeout and on-site consumption. It has a partially outdoor area enclosed by low walls and a roof, as well as an indoor area with air conditioning. In addition to pizza, they also serve pinsa, which is a pizza dough topped with ingredients after baking, thus different from the classic Roman pinsa. Both dishes can be ordered with special flours and are also available for celiacs. Every time we have been there, we have found the pizza delicious, as well as the pinsa, which is of high quality. The downside, if you decide to dine there, is the service. We were not informed in advance that some ingredients were finished, requiring us to change our dish selections. Plates were taken away from various diners while others were still eating, and especially, the pizza was brought out while some were still dealing with their appetizers. It's a shame. In any case, I believe this may have been an isolated incident, and we will definitely return.
