We were there for Christmas lunch, an elegant and well-kept place. I want to point out that we were problematic guests since my wife was pregnant and celiac, and I am lactose intolerant, and we understand that with a fixed menu it becomes a challenge to manage all the issues in the dining room. We can only say that they were always very attentive and showed the utmost care towards us! To summarize: BEAUTIFUL PLACE, VERY PREPARED AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND OWNERS, VERY PLEASANT DAY AND FOOD!

The villa and the garden with the orange grove also deserve praise. Furthermore, the staff welcomes customers with courtesy, friendliness, and grace. Another point of merit is the affiliation with the AIC circuit, which for a celiac like me, offers security and serenity. As for the bill, considering all the qualities listed, I expected it to be higher. In conclusion, anyone reading this will understand that I recommend a dinner in this wonderful restaurant to visitors of Polignano - especially if they are celiac!

If you are in Polignano, you cannot miss having a nice dinner at this place. They seated us on the balcony that overlooks the garden they have, and there's a fantastic atmosphere. Attention is given to gluten-free options from the appetizer to dessert. Personally, I really enjoyed the spaghetti with anchovies, salted butter, lime, soy sauce, and dried tuna fillets... a contrast of flavors that go very well together. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely return.

We had an extraordinary lunch... the place is well-kept, clean, and has friendly staff. The gluten-free options were really excellent, with a calamarata that could easily compete with one made with regular pasta... gluten-free fried fish was fresh and very tasty... what can I say, completely satisfied.
