Everything gluten-free. Fresh pastries, fresh savory products, fresh bread, and a grocery store with frozen products as well. They also prepare hot meals for lunch. They have many lactose-free products, too. Very well stocked.

Wonderful place. Everything is completely gluten-free, many fresh products are also lactose-free. The products are really well made, enough to forget you're eating gluten-free. For a celiac person, it is a paradise. My wife was very happy, and I was too, even though I am not celiac. The products from the counter are very good, both sweet and savory. They also have a wide selection for purchasing shelf products. We highly recommend it.

I'm Celiac. This was absolute HEAVEN to me!! I am from the US, and you can not find anything that comes close to this!! I am a baker and very picky about GF baked goods. If I could give 10 stars, I would! My husband and daughter said you can not taste the difference at all, and my daughter doesn't care for GF. I wish I had more time here to eat my way through this amazing Bakery and Store!! I wished they shipped, i would be a regular customer. I highly highly recommend coming here even if it's out of your way. Drive here!

Sglù is practically paradise for celiacs. They have both packaged products and fresh products prepared by them, and it's also possible to have lunch. When I need to stock up, I only go there now because I know I can find everything! They are very well stocked, the staff is super friendly, and their homemade products are delicious!

A wonderful place where the staff's preparation, friendliness, kindness, and gentleness are prioritized. We went to eat at Sglú today, gnocchi with shrimp and pistachio crumble, fried fish and appetizers. Everything was very fresh, prepared with dedication and love. The supermarket is well-stocked and represents a point of reference for celiacs in the area. We will definitely return.

Really good food, had a pizza here, and they had lots of gf grocery items, it was spectacular! Such a treat for those that eat gf. Being celiac, having the whole space be gf was amazing. We got some ravioli (delish) and other packaged goods. Not many vegan options, though. Would go back again, and would recommend!

I can wholeheartedly agree that this is a gluten free heaven. You can’t go wrong with whatever you pick up - croissants, bigne, fruste al formaggio, etc. We had a breakfast there and then took extra for home. Obviously there are the packaged products part of the store as well, but for us the gem were the baked goodies.

The largest and best-stocked store I've seen in 15 years of being gluten-free. Thanks to Sglu, I didn't miss out on anything typical during my brief getaway to Umbria! We went to grab lunch to take away, but upon seeing those cakes, we couldn't resist: a mimosa and a red velvet that we enjoyed inside, each one better than the last. For lunch, we had two nice pieces of torta al testo filled and we also got some cheese pizza. To top it all off, the restroom is equipped with everything necessary (which is never taken for granted), with washcloths instead of paper towels, I assume for ecological reasons. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There is a wide range of packaged/frozen gluten-free products, as well as a well-stocked display of pastries, brioches, pizzas, fried foods, and more. There is also the possibility of having lunch. During a vacation stop, we visited this place in a commercial area, where inside, in addition to finding a small supermarket with a variety of gluten-free products, we were impressed by the freshness of the items at the counter, all homemade by the owners. An absolute excellence offering for breakfast, with fresh pastries, focaccia, mini-pizzas, cakes, and more. The highlight for us was the menu, which includes various appetizers, delicious first courses with the freshest ingredients, and main courses that would make a category restaurant envious. Sweetening the deal, there is a touch of elegance and respect for the environment, with small cotton towels instead of disposable paper in the bathroom. We will return before our trip back to Tuscany; it’s worth it all.

The place was found through the Aic app and it was a fantastic discovery! We ordered a cream tart and the result was beautiful and delicious! A fine decoration, elegant, really stunning to see and the taste was delicate. Truly the best gluten-free cake I have ever eaten! It was devoured by everyone, both celiacs and non-celiacs.

Guys, what a delight! It had been years since I had eaten such flaky croissants, a wonder. And the mini pizzas were truly excellent! The only downside was that the croissants were served a bit cold, but otherwise, it was a real paradise for those with celiac disease.

Sglú is a dynamic, welcoming place with a wide selection of gluten-free products. It is both a gluten-free market, where you can also purchase with an ASL Umbria voucher. It’s a gluten-free café and pastry shop, with a wide choice of sweets and pastries, and also a bakery that turns into a completely gluten-free restaurant for lunch and then transforms into a takeaway pizzeria in the evening. The staff is truly courteous, professional, and willing to meet the customers' requests. Well done everyone!

You've just arrived in Perugia and you don't know where to go for breakfast? Sglu' is the place for celiacs (and not) that suits you perfectly. Located in the same complex as Maison du Monde and Cafè Noir, Sglù is not just a simple bar/bistrot that serves excellent coffee and fantastic arancini, but it is also a spectacular pastry shop that offers delicious sweets (from the classic brioche to cream-filled bomboloni, donuts, cannoli, and various types of tiramisù) and a well-stocked bakery that, in addition to different types of bread, savory brioches, and piadine, offers tasty pizzettes and focaccias (try the onion one) for a quick packed lunch while you admire the wonders of the Umbrian capital. Additionally, Sglu' has a section dedicated to all types of gluten-free products (from beer to pasta, bread, pizza, ready-made dishes, cookies, and tortillas up to Caffarel), which are also available for takeaway. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and very friendly, and the prices are fair. Simply divine!

A rating of 5+ for kindness and quality of raw materials. Bread, pizza, and gluten-free products usually lose their freshness from morning until evening, becoming almost inedible, but not here! Even after two days, they are still top-notch without heating or anything. And let's not talk about the pastries. I am not celiac, but I found no difference; everything is delicious. Highly recommended without a doubt.
