Certified AIC restaurant, with gluten-free appetizers (including fried: croquettes, stuffed zucchini flowers, etc.) all gluten-free and delicious. Gluten-free pizza and pasta are excellent and especially without any markup. Highly recommend it for the food and for the friendly and helpful service.

It is a joy to eat again at Chiné. I came to know the place in Bari and fell in love with it, but unfortunately it closed. With the opportunity to see the lights of Monopoli, we dined at the main location, which remains a safe and excellent corner for us celiacs. Everything was exquisite!!! They were courteous even in a command error that they immediately rectified. The place is small and cozy, but they have outdoor seating in the gazebo. TOP TOP.

I found this pizzeria while searching online for a place that had gluten-free options. Well... I found much more than just simple alternatives... The AIC sticker on the front door was an additional reassurance for me and my husband, both celiacs. They practically have everything, from appetizers to desserts, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. On the recommendation of the waiter, we ordered the crocchè and the pasta frittata... what can I say... both were fantastic... I recommend everyone to try them. Next, we ordered 2 pizzas, I had an elite Mare and Puglia, and my husband had an elite summer vegetarian... believe me, they were amazing... pizza that deserves a perfect score. Fast and friendly service, prices appropriate for the offering. Highly recommended!

Great and special pizzas, both regular and gluten-free, crispy and light fried foods even gluten-free. Highlight: fried pizza (a rarity in our area), delicious even gluten-free. Very kind and helpful staff! Zero waiting with reservation. Quiet location in the city center. Congratulations to the staff!
