If you come here to enjoy the specialties of Roman cuisine, it is a must to eat any type of pasta (which can be made gluten-free!). The rest of the menu has various options as well. Everything is very good, although I was hoping to find more options for appetizers and desserts. They are not part of the AIC's AFC circuit but they are still equipped.

Professionalism, exquisite hospitality, and friendliness of the staff—everything. The kitchen brigade led by Emiliana and Jacopo is the added value of the restaurant, which always offers wonderful surprises. They cooked for me a "cacio e pepe" with gluten-free products, a step forward and in line with the world of intolerances/allergies. The gluten-free tiramisu was also delicious! For anyone in the city, enjoy a lunch or dinner and delight in their treats. Absolutely a must-try!
