Mah, in general, it’s a great alternative for those who are celiac. It is still a fast food, so you can’t expect too much, but overall, I endorse it. We need to have these alternatives for those who suffer from celiac disease.

Great, everything very safe, you can eat peacefully without fear of contamination.

Good gluten-free food and super fast service. Obviously, the choice for celiacs is more limited compared to the extensive gluten menu, but there are options for us and they are also quite varied, and there is AIC certification as well. The place is very nice. Must try!

Menu for coeliacs finally!!! From starters to dessert. Sandwiches on par with regular ones. Too bad about the milkshakes!! They don't allow coeliacs to have them due to contamination risk, when it would take little to make it safe..... Still recommended anyway!

Nice American-style venue with plenty of parking options. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable (my wife is celiac and we often find people poorly prepared on this topic). The manager made us feel at ease right away, always with a smile and maximum availability. I ordered the burger tacos, and I assure you they are addictive :D I could have eaten at least six (the portion is two). The quality/quantity/price ratio is perfect, and with two portions (so 4 tacos), you can easily replace a main course. Then I ordered a Long Beach Bowl because I wanted to keep it light, and I can tell you that I really enjoyed it because all the flavors stood out, and the meat in the dish was excellent; in short, a balanced dish. My wife, on the other hand, ordered the gluten-free crispy wrap (I included a photo), and unfortunately, we are not there yet. The filling was okay, but the wrap bread was terrible (you can see it in the photo... like a piece of cardboard), a pity because there are much superior products on the market: softer ones that can be rolled up and have a more 'natural' taste (it really felt like eating cardboard); unfortunately, my wife left almost half of it on the plate. For dessert, we had the classic cheesecake, and it was very much in the American style (so rather buttery; I like it, but others might not enjoy it in this format). Overall, a definitely positive experience to repeat (hoping they change the wrap bread :P)
