I need to say that the location and the staff are 5 stars and worth seeing at least once for anyone visiting Rome!!! But it's a shame to eat in a Hard Rock in your city and see that they are neither equipped nor available for gluten-free like in other countries. Yes, I know it takes two kitchens and maybe the location in Rome does not allow it, but at least they could try to serve the dessert. It would just take gluten-free brownies (that they also have in Berlin) to be frozen and thawed in a dedicated microwave, and it's not hard to get cream and whipped cream all gluten-free... Come on, let’s encourage the manager to put in a bit of effort! ; ) With all that said, the attentive and skilled staff provided detailed information and possibilities for meal contamination, a jovial environment, and a nice location : )
