We were there today, 18/10/2025, and we were eight, including me, who is CELIAC... excellent menu, top-level Eugubinian cuisine, and very kind and well-prepared staff... I highly recommend it even to those who are celiac because they are attentive and equipped, and they have everything from bread to pasta and desserts made by them! If I were to give a score to Borghese, I would give: Service: 9 Menu: 8.5 Location: 8 Bill: 9 Well done, well done, well done 🤩 👏🏻
