Everything was really good and well organized. But feeding gluten-intolerant people is a completely different story: you cannot bring two skewers (one of which is not recommended because it has gluten marinade) into contact. It's fundamental! My daughter, who is celiac, despite not having eaten much, felt unwell. I'm sorry, but I will never go back with my daughter, even though the place is nice and well-managed.
