Great experience! I had gluten-free tagliatelle with truffle and pistachio that were truly delicious, followed by scrambled eggs with truffle, and to finish, a very good coffee tiramisù. Everything was perfectly gluten-free, with attention and expertise towards those with celiac disease. The venue adheres to the AIC (Italian Celiac Association), ensuring maximum safety. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The food is delicious and the staff is very courteous. I appreciated that almost the entire menu has a gluten-free alternative. I tried their carbonara and it's amazing: it didn't even taste like gluten-free pasta. Absolutely worth trying!

I returned for the second time to eat at this very nice restaurant and once again I left satisfied. The entire menu is also available in gluten-free versions and the staff is very kind, helpful, and well-prepared.

After spending a day in the small Umbrian villages like Rasiglia and Pale, we had to inevitably move towards Foligno to find a restaurant that also offered gluten-free options. After checking the reviews and ensuring safety on the app, we opted for "metemagno" and it completely satisfied us... Plenty of choices for those with celiac disease and great attention regarding cross-contamination (we often hear that meat is just meat and it's fine for everyone... Unfortunately, we know very well that this is not the case). The staff was very knowledgeable about the issue... The classic menu was excellent as well; we truly ate well and had some unique dishes... The staff were friendly and very kind. A noteworthy point for the choice of the restaurant with continuous hours that allow you to eat even after 3 PM, perfect for those like us who lose track of time when out and about... Considering that on Saturday afternoon in Foligno, we couldn't find an open café outside the historic center.

One of the few, if not the only time, when looking for a place to have lunch on August 11, I found one without needing a reservation (a decent number of seats both inside and outside), with excellent management for gluten-free customers, a sufficiently wide menu, very high quality, perfect service times, balanced prices, and high attention from the staff. More than satisfied. Special mention for the GF tagliatelle (instead of gluten spaghetti) with truffle and pistachios... Excellent!
