Little attention. They use appropriate gloves to handle gluten-free bread, and then with the same gloves, they touch the bread with gluten. I have been there several times and this has happened multiple times. Once they even brought me a sandwich with gluten (which I took a bite out of before realizing) because they made a mistake. They didn't even apologize. Another time, they served me a vegetarian dish, only to later tell me that it was not suitable because it was breaded. Be careful because they are not prepared.

The sandwich was very good, and now you can also eat the fries because they prepare them in a separate fryer for gluten-free options. They were very knowledgeable and ready to answer every question with kindness.

The paninis are very good, really of high quality. It is not possible to eat chips as they could be contaminated. Clean environment and competent staff.
