Many fresh products, both sweet and savory, it's a shame that the prices are also quite steep. Well-stocked store.

great store for gluten-free foods, baked goods available. very kind staff

In addition to being a gluten-free grocery store, it is also a great pastry shop. Prices are high though.

A wonderful store with a wide selection of products for those with gluten issues. The fresh products made by them are also amazing.

Education, availability, variety of supply, and impeccable product quality. I can only extend my compliments to Mrs. Alessandra and the employees.

A paradise for those with celiac disease. Wide selection of both fresh and frozen products. Friendly staff.

good products but too expensive, the rudeness of the lady at the checkout makes you lose the desire to give her the many money she asks for. any other gluten-free alternative in Reggio Emilia is better

I strongly advise against this place: exorbitant prices for fresh (frozen and reheated) food and very rude staff. I was treated terribly. Unfortunately, not everyone has the ability to spend more money than they have in their budget. While the products were being scanned at the cash register, I realized that with little I would already reach the limit. So, I asked if it was possible to remove a few items in order to add fresh ones. While I was thinking about what to add so I wouldn’t exceed the limit, in front of other customers, I was told that I needed to hurry, that they had to serve other people, that they couldn’t wait for me to decide, in an arrogant and impatient tone. I surely arrived at the cash register "unsure" (I was trying to understand what I could buy), but I didn’t think that this would annoy someone who would receive my money. I won't be going back again.

A well-stocked store with both fresh and packaged products. The staff is always kind and courteous. Unfortunately, I come from Asti and cannot take advantage of this store very often. The fresh products, in particular, are excellent. Every time I make my celiac wife happy with a rich tray of pastries that she and I both call super delicious. The same goes for the dry pastries. It's a pity about the distance, but congratulations on the service you provide!!

The first time I passed by, there was no price list displayed in the window. I don't know how much the others cost, but I think the price of the miniatures is very high and they didn't give a receipt.

I visited and I will never go back. Here are the reasons: 1) The place is a shop and not a bakery, the products are not of good quality and the prices are exorbitant. 2) Many products are not fresh because they are frozen and thawed the next day. 3) The rudeness and bad manners with which I was treated are unparalleled. Now I will tell you about my experience... I ordered a piece of rustic cake and a piece of erbazzone with a total price of 20€... upon seeing the total, I changed my mind and opted to take only the rustic. At that point, I told the shop assistant about my change of mind, but she immediately expressed dissent, telling me that she had already wrapped everything and therefore "refused" to give me only what I wanted... after seeing her reaction, I insisted and eventually she gave in and handed me only the rustic. But it doesn’t end there... Being celiac, I gave her my health card to make the payment... at the moment she swiped the card and saw the balance, she made this statement: "You had money in the card... you could have taken everything". I was taken aback by her rudeness and intrusion, and I replied, "With this money I have to make other purchases, so I have to evaluate certain acquisitions"... but in other words, I wanted to say, "Mind your own business... I will do what I want with my money". And now I want to give a personal representation of the incident... Let’s call this lady "Miss Rottermeier". I think the screenwriter of Heidi was inspired by her for the aforementioned antagonist, and I would like to raise her self-esteem by telling her that if she had chosen a film career, she would have succeeded more as a villain. If she auditioned to play the nurse in the remake of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", she would have won an Oscar and would now have a star in Hollywood. So really think about it because the great directors are waiting for her with open arms. Speaking of self-esteem, she should really work on it because if Gianmarco Tamberi tried to jump it, he would clear it as he clears the fence around Barbie’s house, so do it for Marco and all the Olympic athletes who jumped for us this summer, at least for the sake of Italy’s self-esteem and for the Reggio Emilia customers who dared to interact with her. Dear Italian citizens, if you really love yourselves, do not enter this place where the lack of empathy reigns supreme, avoid it, but if you really want to take a spin because you want to refresh your memory on the villain from "101 Dalmatians", you won’t be disappointed.

I ended up in this store after searching a lot for my products with my friend. I was surprised by the quantity and quality of fresh products. I bought some for both days I was in Reggio Emilia. I highly recommend it. The prices are in line with the shops in Rome, slightly higher because they are for celiacs, so normal! The staff is super kind and knowledgeable. They quickly found the pizza I was looking for that wasn't "gluten-free". Some stores don’t even know what it is! Visit it, it's worth it. It is open with continuous hours.

I have been going to the starsene Senza Glutine store in Parma for years, both for Alessandra and for her entire staff, who are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive both with the food and in their advice. And then especially for the fresh and exquisite products. And now with online orders and home delivery, I can no longer say anything but that you are all amazing! Girls, you are all brilliant and very kind. If you have a question for them, you get an immediate response! 😘

Great selection... fresh pastry and excellent baked goods...

The assortment is incredible and above all they have xanthan in a 150-gram package, which will allow me to work with natural flours. Their herb pie, while not exceptional, is one of the best in Reggio Emilia. Great selection of beers, flours, and home-made products.

I was there this morning for the first time. I don't understand the negative reviews of this place: the staff is polite and helpful, I only went in to take a look and came out with packaged and fresh products, spending the right amount for "special" products that I can't find at the supermarket or don't feel like making myself. Tasty products and fair prices: recommended!

well-supplied store with very kind staff! And very good fresh products. I recommend visiting it.

A beautiful shop with a wide range of fresh and packaged products. Every time I find something new to try! The girls are kind, helpful, and always know how to give good advice. A nice addition is Glutaly: ordering is easy and delivery is fast!! I prefer to go to the shop, but if you can't, this service is really convenient!

I got two pastries and two small pizzas for a total of €9???? At least they should have been good, but they weren't; the pastries were stale and let's just forget about the pizzas. I will never go back and I advise against it.

I read some reviews that left me stunned (perhaps from a competitor?)! I agree that over-the-counter products are very expensive, but in which gluten-free store are they not? The ladies who serve are always very nice and ready to give advice, the products are excellent and always very fresh. If this store didn't exist, I really wouldn't know how to manage. Well done!!!!!

Top !!! A true paradise for the gluten-free palate. Alessandra is always very kind and professional.

Their price list is not very clear, and it wouldn't hurt if the people behind it made an extra effort to smile!

The lady behind the counter should learn to smile and be more welcoming, but the major flaw, which I also consider to be a scam, is that they have a board with displayed prices but then apply higher ones, and even when you point it out, they come up with a thousand excuses. They are expensive, not very friendly, but above all dishonest. I do not recommend them at all!

The first time I ordered gluten-free pastries specifying the exact number, when I went to pick them up they weren't fresh and were three times what I had requested, charging me an inflated amount. The second time I ordered a gluten-free cake for a birthday, as soon as I went to pick it up the decoration was poor and completely random, not even writing 'happy birthday' which I think is the minimum for a BIRTHDAY cake. Shame!!!

We went in because we were passing by.. they sell many packaged products here and there’s a counter with baked goods and fresh items, I didn't like not finding the prices next to the products... in fact, I got quite a shock! I bought a small round buckwheat focaccia... it ripped me off! Everything costs a lot anyway.. it's not worth buying packaged products here. Speaking of the sales clerk, she should put her phone away when she’s working and especially when she has customers behind the counter...
