Kitchen and oven separate for gluten-free. The entire menu can be modified with gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free alternatives. Tried both pizza and casoncelli (made by them), both excellent. Very attentive to allergens. Recommended!

THE CALZONE!!!!! They have a separate kitchen and you can choose anything gluten-free. The pizza is phenomenal and they also make Calzone which is delicious.
