This is a true paradise for celiacs. There is a vast assortment of products from numerous brands. There are local producers offering local products and regional specialties. If you can’t find something, just ask, they can order it and it will since, usually, within 24 hours. They also offer fresh breads, snacks (both sweet and savory), cakes, and bakery items. Order on Wednesday to then pick it up on Friday. The bread freezes well. The staff is very informed and extremely helpful. Everything you want/need is here.

My favourite farmacy in Alghero. In 15 years I never had a bad experience. Staff is always very kind, helpful and they speak english. If you are allergic to gluten - this place i heaven for you - they have huge selection of gluten free products - even typical Sardinian bread - Pane Carasau! oh.. and me an my sister never miss an opportunity to get new Roger & Gallet fragrance :)

I happened to arrive on a Friday, the gluten-free cheese called ricottine just arrived: I hadn't eaten them in 23 years. Delicious!
