The restaurant is open to anyone, including those who are not staying or simply those enjoying a day spa. There is a specific gluten-free menu with about 80% of the dishes offered in the main menu. The level is truly five stars! Everything is delicious!! From the appetizers to the gluten-free dessert. For those staying, at breakfast, be sure to ask for the gluten-free crostastine and hot muffins; they are delightful. It's just a shame there isn't any fresh gluten-free bread. Note: the kitchen does not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination as it is not part of the AFC network of AIC.

We spent two days to escape from daily life and it was really worth it. Room clean and equipped with all comforts. Beautiful spa... with heated outdoor pool overlooking the hills... the same goes for the panoramic sauna... the possibility to take advantage of various treatments... we had dinner at the restaurant "Quattro Sensi" and everything was very good. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice... also for those who are lactose intolerant.
