You are incredible! Filippo is amazing, Federica and Elisabetta are wonderful. A menu crafted with love respecting local standards with carefully selected ingredients. But the real surprise is for those who are celiac, and unfortunately, we are many now, but here you'll be fortunate to eat what you read: pasta, fried food included, but gluten-free and made in-house. Splendid service, the gluten-free Francescana Bianca pizza with high-quality raw ham and dough risen for at least 24 hours, mozzarella, grana, and porcini that you can't help but appreciate for their true origin. With gluten-free beer, it becomes an irreplaceable combination. Among green mountains and a respectable river that cradles your thoughts, stop by Pippo's, and not only will your belly be satisfied, but your soul will be too, with the certainty of healthy food, in continuous movement understood as evolution made with awareness, love, and pure professionalism.
