Highly recommended if you want to enjoy an excellent gourmet pizza, accompanied by craft beers or fine wines. Every time I return to Alba, I stop here. Newly renovated venue, friendly staff, excellent service and quality. Well-deserved first place!

The pizza is a bit revisited, but I must say with a good result. Tried at lunch: the crispy La Tonnato, 2 strips of well-risen and crispy pizza, with a good amount of vitello tonnato on top, just the right rosé and good sauce (€16). I also had a classic La Bufala that you wouldn't expect, with gluten-free dough (not certified AIC because cooked in a normal oven), but it's among the best GF pizzas I've had in Piedmont (€15, no extra charge). A bottle of micro-filtered water €2. However, the cover charge ruined the magic of the meal: €3 for nothing, a piece of paper as a placemat, a cloth napkin, neither bread nor anything that justifies this cost. I'm sorry, but I've seen much more "in" restaurants that for the same price have tablecloths, appetizers, baskets of various breads...

In 2021, finding a place that doesn't substitute dairy for those who are intolerant may seem impossible...and yet here it is! The pizzaiolo's inflated ego who insists on being called chef. The chef should also be ready for variations, instead you hide in the kitchen and send the waiters to spread your word. For sure, I won't be coming back.

Very well-kept place, incredibly kind and helpful staff. There are different doughs and they are all really delicious. Divine gluten-free pizza. In my opinion, the best pizzeria in Alba and surroundings. If I could give more stars, I would.
