I have been following this shop for a few years, but living hundreds of kilometers away, I only managed to visit it now. A small shop very well stocked. Only a few industrial packaged products, and the rest is a world of fresh sweet and savory! I tried some products and, of course, stocked up to take them home. Small problem, at home very little arrived, everything finished! Delicious! Light, soft panzerotti, very tasty. The focaccia didn’t even seem gluten-free, it was so good. Among the gluten-free brioche I’ve tasted so far, those from Hermes are the best! The cookies for dipping are addictive, finished in a few minutes! I haven't tasted the other purchases yet, but they look promising. What can I say, it's a shame about the distance, Hermes gets top marks, super good products and the girl was very kind and attentive to customers, well done!
