Fantastic pizza, really super dough and ingredients. Too bad about the gluten-free supplement of €5 per pizza. Also, the wait of 1.5 hours for two pizzas... The menu is quite expensive. Beautiful location, well kept, and really good food.

Very nice location. All the staff are kind and very professional, but above all, they are well-prepared about gluten-free options. The gluten-free pizza is excellent, just like the regular one, and there are also other gluten-free and lactose-free options. The only place in Gioia del Colle that makes a real gluten-free pizza and not a ready-to-use cardboard base. Prices are a bit high, but they are justified by the quality of the products.
