Very nice location. All the staff are kind and very professional, but above all, they are well-prepared about gluten-free options. The gluten-free pizza is excellent, just like the regular one, and there are also other gluten-free and lactose-free options. The only place in Gioia del Colle that makes a real gluten-free pizza and not a ready-to-use cardboard base. Prices are a bit high, but they are justified by the quality of the products.
