For a gluten-free breakfast in Parma, I had to take a thirty-minute bus ride, only to find a tiny frozen croissant costing three euros. Despite having called in the morning, I was not informed that the croissants were frozen but that they were provided by a pastry shop. It’s not worth it.

I stopped by this pastry shop during my stay; the girls behind the counter were very helpful and friendly. It's a place where I found the option to eat a gluten-free brioche (which is very difficult to find, I'd say). Everything was great, I was very happy!
