The staff at the store are really very courteous and there is nothing to object regarding their management, much less for those handling the fresh goods. On December 19, 2025, I asked at the fresh counter for a panettone, which was personally handed to me by one of the two saleswomen and I paid in cash €15.90 (400g). The panettone I was given had an expiration date of December 26, 2025.... On January 3, I went to complain stating that I felt there was malicious intent, and the friendly saleswomen responded that it was my duty to check the expiration date. True, I was negligent, but now I ask: who would think that on December 19, 2025, a panettone with an expiration date of December 26, 2025, would be foisted upon you at the fresh counter???? Especially when handed over by the young lady?? I urge everyone to pay close attention to what you are being given at the fresh counter.

Whatever I search for, I know for sure that I will find it here! Over the years, we have traveled to many places to buy gluten-free products, but "Celiachiamo Tuscolana" beats them all! Besides the vast range of packaged products, there are excellent fresh products, nothing to envy from gluten-containing products. Personally, since I'm not celiac (my husband is), I have an addiction to their red pizza😍 But a special mention goes to all the staff! From the cashier to the fresh counter, the guys always have a smile, it's a real pleasure to go grocery shopping and of course to stop for a snack too😏

I went to ask for a cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday from them because one of the kids who would be at the party is celiac. From the very first moment, I felt it was a place rich in competence and quality. In the pastry area, I was welcomed by Miriam, who was friendly and, above all, skilled in helping me find my way. The cake was made exactly as we wanted, actually better than we could have imagined it! The staff made sure to contact me a few hours before the party to understand when to take it out of the fridge, ensuring we had a perfect, sweet experience. The cake was delicious, compliments were abundant. We will definitely return here because some places are worth visiting not just out of necessity, but also for their goodness!
