Everything is great! Excellent quality, almost the entire menu is gluten-free! I am also pregnant and since I cannot eat raw vegetables, they adapted the order to my needs.. I felt pampered, really excellent!

Despite our habit of hurting ourselves a lot with food, one evening to change things up, we decided to try alternative food.... we tried veggy: good combinations, food strictly gluten-free and without various allergens, low in salt, all fresh, good, and well-prepared. The service was kind and attentive. Every now and then, it's good for everyone. Definitely a place to recommend, fair prices.

I had dinner tonight with my husband. The place is small but very welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. We were served with kindness and many attentions. Genuine food, all gluten-free, well cooked, very tasty, and with special ingredients. We were welcomed with a nice welcome appetizer, and the bread was served to us a second time after we finished it. The prices are appropriate, not exaggerated at all. Absolutely recommended!

I dined only once in this small place. The environment is very well cared for and clean. We were served by Nicoletta, the chef's wife, who is really kind, helpful, and very attentive to respecting any food intolerances, as well as being extremely knowledgeable. The ingredients used for the various preparations are selected in an almost maniacal way, all chosen based on the season and from small companies. Behind every dish, there is undeniable culture, and nothing is left to chance but is the result of continuous trials and experiments. Cooking gluten-free, lactose-free, and other allergenic foods requires a lot of effort, passion, imagination, so a commendation to the chef! I must preface that one should not expect to taste “classic flavors,” as that would lead to disappointment. I believe that to appreciate their cuisine, one must first have a foundation and a habit of consuming already prepared gluten-free vegan/vegetarian dishes. The only negative note is the portions, which are a bit too small; other than that, we enjoyed very interesting alternative dishes and had a pleasant evening.

Family-run restaurant (husband in the kitchen and wife in the dining room). In a modestly sized venue, they pay attention to the needs and requests of customers. Dishes focused on plant-based ingredients and gluten-free options, without skimping on some seafood offerings. You can feel the commitment and dedication in the dishes. It felt like eating at a dear friend’s home who is passionate about cooking. House wine, bottled water. Cleanliness and order throughout the establishment. We were two. We had two starters, two first courses, one second course, dessert, a quarter of wine. (Their homemade bread is top-notch!) €70. Well-deserved 5 stars. If we pass by again, we will definitely return. Thank you.

The place is simple, but the menu it offers is very refined and combines quality with good taste. The dishes provide ample choices for different types of intolerances. The staff is very knowledgeable, attentive, and available. Definitely worth trying!

A small gem in the hills of Conero, for everyone but especially for those with celiac disease and lactose intolerance. Care in details, 1000% attention to customers, raw materials from the area used with skill and creativity. Congratulations to Chef Marco.

A very small and well-kept place in the heart of Camerano. Friendly and quick service. Unique dishes because it focuses on gluten-free cooking; you won’t find revisited classic dishes, but completely different and curious recipes. We ordered: Chickpea meatball appetizer with pistachios and yogurt Rice with grape and pecorino Gnocchi with squid, peas, and olives Mascarpone and rum cream with pieces of dark chocolate A bottle of water Additionally, during the wait, they offered us a selection of artisanal breads along with a small appetizer. We spent €41 (€20.50 per person), so it’s an honest price. I recommend it for trying new recipes.

On vacation in the Marche, we stopped to eat here almost by chance. We start with the place; super cute, full of plants everywhere, a new venue, perfect, well taken care of in detail. Opening the menu, I was surprised by the slow food dishes, refined and healthy. Gluten is used very little, which is poison for many people. They replace it with healthier flours. All dishes are prepared without fats and are based on fresh vegetables. The fish is delicious and looks great served by them. The super proactive waitress followed us from appetizer to dessert. The restaurant is excellent for vegetarians, those with food intolerances, and anyone who wants to eat well without feeling bad afterward. I recommend it; for us, it was a discovery. They should open a place like this in every city in Italy; it would help many people, as almost everyone has issues with certain foods, and this is the right place. I advise booking in advance because the restaurant is small and doesn’t have many seats. I will return.

If having the courage and ability to prioritize health were worth stars, Hosteria la Marca would have more than one. Marco's philosophy combines tradition and innovation, giving ample space to seasonal regional ingredients and focusing on the essentials, with no unnecessarily sophisticated gastronomy. Almost all the proposals consist of three main ingredients. A proposal suitable for all palates, especially those with food intolerances. Let Marco and Nicoletta guide you in a tasting experience that is indeed on a plate, but delightfully outside the lines.
