Chosen based on the comments found on Gluto. Initially, it seems Spartan, but in reality, it's just simple. Everything is delicious: pizza, panelle, fries, little fritters. Genuine and excellent ingredients. We will return.

When I go to Monopoli, I gladly return. All the staff are kind and professional, the pizzas are delicious, even the gluten-free ones. The only downside is the change in appetizers; I preferred the previous ones. Recommended!

Everything was delicious. Friendly and kind staff, the pizza is truly excellent, super! Great attention and care for celiacs (the margherita pizza in the photos is gluten-free, as well as all the appetizers). We will definitely return, I recommend it 🧏🏻♂️

We came to eat here by chance, being on vacation in Polignano from Florence. It is not in the tourist area but the pizza is worth it, really exquisite, both gluten-free and regular, they melt in your mouth, wood-fired oven, and the fritters with sauces are also delicious....

The pizza was very good, both the regular and the gluten-free. Soft and light dough. Perfect for something chill after a fabulous evening in Polignano a Mare. Crispy and perfectly salted fries. The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten! The menu offers everything gluten-free, from beer to appetizers and of course the pizza. Very cozy place with very friendly staff. I absolutely recommend it!
