My boyfriend and I discovered this online store while searching for a dessert suitable for an evening with gluten-intolerant guests... and we couldn't have made a better choice! The clerk – who I believe is also the owner – was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive: he explained the characteristics of the products and advised us with expertise. The dessert was exceptional: light, refined, and won everyone over. A true success! Furthermore, the quality-price ratio is excellent: in our opinion, the cost was really fair, not expensive at all. I was recommended this store by a friend and I must say it was a great discovery. The owners were immediately helpful in explaining the ongoing promotions and how I could serve myself. There's everything needed for a gluten-free diet, obviously available. The prices are normal and in line with other similar places, but in this store, you can also find fresh fruit (try it, it's really good) and fresh gluten-free products! Parking is available in front of the store. 5 well-deserved stars!

I found many very good products, including frozen brioche and bread! A lot of variety in pasta and individually packaged products! When I'm in the area, I will definitely go back!

Discovered today by pure chance... Clean and tidy place, with a wide selection of gluten-free products that are impossible to find elsewhere in the area. Very kind and helpful staff. Tried fresh brioche and arancini, and both exceeded my highest expectations. I will definitely return to try the great variety of fresh and frozen pastries that the store offers!

Very well-stocked place. Prepared and kind staff ready to satisfy every request. The freshness is exceptional. Specifically, the croissants are very good, light, and with plenty of filling. They have a different selection of croissants: cream, plain, chocolate, berries, jam, and pistachio. The bread remains soft even after 2 days, and the focaccias at €1.50 are fabulous. Finally, a 5-star store.

Finally, a shop with gluten-free products close to home, it was needed. The shop is well-stocked, but since I have already established an excellent relationship with other shops in the area, I only go there for fresh pastries in the morning. On several occasions, I bought pastries, but I must say that the result has not always been the same. Let me explain, we know very well that the pastries are not produced by them but by an external supplier, but this does not justify what happened recently. One day, for example, I bought two cream pastries, but when I went to eat them, they were completely empty. The last time I bought one with chocolate and one with cream, as soon as I started breakfast, I noticed that the outer part was flaking into a thousand pieces (like when taken out from the freezer), I opened the one with cream and as I imagined, the cream was lumpy and cold as it happens with freezing. I understand that not all daily pastries can be sold, but this is part of the risk and skill of the trader. Personally, my experience with Primizie e Delizie SG ends here, also because the relationship with the owner (children excluded, of course) is not the best, but I always closed one eye because the pastries were good even though sold for an arm and a leg. I wish them good business anyway. This review is the result of my experience in this place compared to many others. Obviously, it may not be shared by the establishment itself, but it is certainly what I lived through. If the owner wants to reply to my review to justify my criticisms or praises, it will be welcome by me and the community, as long as they do not judge false what I reported in order to discredit me as already happened on other occasions, given the impossibility of reply from the reviewer, but I am sure this will not happen because criticisms are constructive.
