Very hidden restaurant in a small square among holiday apartments. The entire menu is gluten-free: amazing ricotta and spinach ravioli with tomato! The fried food with fries is also excellent, homemade tagliolini with sheep ragù, Sardinian platter with gluten-free carasau bread. Very courteous owner. Too bad about the poor visibility.

A secluded location with a splendid view of the sea from above. The staff is incredibly kind and especially well-prepared regarding the preparation of gluten-free dishes. The entire menu is available in gluten-free versions with a wide selection. During our vacation in Stintino, we returned to this place several times. Beautiful view, exquisite gluten-free food, and very knowledgeable staff about gluten-free cuisine. A simple but at the same time welcoming place. Gavino, the owner, makes you feel at ease right away and explains everything that can be eaten, all strictly gluten-free for those with intolerances or related conditions. We arrived with 12 people, including 4 children, and he managed to satisfy everyone without batting an eye, including the little ones. The dishes arrive, all expertly prepared. Congratulations on a delicious dinner at a more than fair price considering we also had three bottles of wine. I definitely recommend it to everyone for a pleasant evening in good company.

On July 12th, I discovered that in the square of Poggio Ludovica there is a Gluten Free bar. My vacation took an unexpected turn! I started by tasting tomato and basil ravioli: ravioli with fresh pasta and a sauce that my non-celiac daughter was stealing from my plate. On the second day, I tried tagliolini with cherry tomato sauce and tuna bottarga. With each forkful, a bite of the sea of Sardinia. On the third day, I had Sardinian gnocchetti with a sauce made with aged Sardinian sausage: delicious. On the fourth day, a super cheeseburger with fries. The fried calamari were well-cooked, crispy, and light to digest. I deliberately saved the desserts for last: for the first time, I had a seadas with honey and a fruit tart accompanied by berry puree and ice cream, all homemade, nothing packaged (unfortunately for me just once).
