We went for dinner a few weeks ago to this place to eat a pizza, but the experience was not positive. At the time of ordering, the waiter did not know which dishes were gluten-free. Once confirmed that they could make gluten-free pizzas, the same waiter did not know which flavors we could order. The next day we felt unwell. Furthermore, the pizza is not among the best. I do not recommend this place.

Gluten-free pizzeria! Perhaps the only one in Santa Maria di Leuca. Very good pizza, fair price, small surcharge for gluten-free. They also have beer for us celiacs! Highly recommended!

A few days ago, we went for a pizza with friends. I chose this place because they make gluten-free pizzas and I must say the choice was spot on, really good. Even the others who had regular pizzas enjoyed it.

It should be noted that on August 18th in Santa Maria di Leuca, it was the only place where we managed to eat without a reservation. We didn't wait long to get a table, and the staff, despite the place being full, immediately worked to find us a spot. We chose this place because it served gluten-free pizzas, having a celiac in the family. We ordered, they brought us the appetizers, and so far so good, when at a certain point, the service staff came and informed us that the gluten-free dough was finished. It wasn't a pleasant thing in a place and a pizzeria of experience (I suppose), but I must say that the staff, besides apologizing, also tried to find a solution; in the end, we had pizza, and the celiac person had a burger with cheese (the only gluten-free option), which created a bit of discomfort. Overall, the evening was pleasant, and the food and pizza were good. The prices, in my opinion, could be reconsidered, a bit high. Considering we had 4 burratas for appetizers, 4 pizzas, and a burger, a portion of fries, water, and 3 cans of Coca-Cola (without beer), we spent 100 euros. By not going on a whim and downloading the gluten-free app for the following days, we managed to find better places where we ate well and spent even less. I still give 5 stars as encouragement to always improve.

Pizzeria hamburgeria bar. Il Verona is a place where you can stop by at any hour and always find something to eat or drink. Very popular among young people, it offers the possibility of 'customizable' pizzas to your liking, including gluten and lactose free options. Good quality but a bit high prices considering that the venue has a spartan service and paper tablecloths.

Quality pizzeria. Excellent offer of gluten-free pizza made directly in the pizzeria and very good. Fair price. Highly recommended!
