The pizzeria "Su x Giù" offers a good quality pizza in terms of dough and toppings. However, when I went there, I noticed: the lighting inside the venue (in the waiting area) was too dim, which negatively affected the experience; it felt like there was a blackout. We then ordered a simple pizza (vegetarian) with whole grain dough and removed some additional toppings due to taste and potential intolerances. The size of the pizza was mediocre, resembling a children's pizza. Another drawback, typical in the town of Gioia del Colle, is the lack of price transparency (no menu) and the final cost perceived as disproportionate (€ 11.50 for a plain vegetarian takeaway with only eggplant, zucchini, and breadcrumbs). I should note that the cashier did not know the actual price of the pizza, and when asked for information, she decided to charge it at the aforementioned price. Overall rating (2/5 stars). The quality of the product is good, but the price is too penalizing given that we are not in a major metropolis and are only in Puglia.
