The surprise of discovering within a gourmet journey the memories and flavors of the place you come from, interpreted in a creative and modern way with an unexpected international appeal. The work of the Chef is clear evidence that after wandering for so long, it is possible to materialize something highly valuable even under the least favorable conditions, thanks to commitment and study. Fabulous dishes, without hesitation even in response to our vegetarian/gluten-free request. The staff is super professional and knowledgeable, the environment is modern with very streamlined and pleasantly informal but super precise communication. The wine selection is well-curated and priced well below average for this type of experience. A must is the music selection that fit perfectly with the type of proposal. An experience we will happily repeat in the coming months, even being 700km away.
