It is open only a few days a week, I believe 4, and only in the morning, I think from 9 to 13. By 11, having practically finished all production is not great with these minimal opening hours and days. In those few hours that you are open, there should at least be a full counter of choices and not a cosmic void after just 2 hours of opening. I can't help but wonder what you are open for if you provide such a service. I give 1 star just for this because I couldn't taste anything and therefore couldn't judge the quality of the food but the quantity is zero.

The joy of finding a laboratory that makes gluten-free focaccia is unique. A day in Rapallo, I looked online but with little hope and instead found Casana zeroG open on Sunday morning just a few steps from the sea. I rushed there as soon as I arrived and bought two pieces of delicious focaccia. Thank you.

Half a star more for the idea. Especially by the sea, it's not easy to find places for people intolerant or allergic to gluten. We tried the focaccia and potato croquettes (very good). The focaccia wasn't excellent but still valid; perhaps just out of the oven it's better, so I would recommend going at opening time when it’s still nice and warm and oily. That said, a small but valid place for gluten-sensitive people.

I had a traditional Genoese focaccia and a chocolate crostata. Everything was really delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This bakery produces everything gluten-free, the croissants are really huge and delicious 😍 The pizza is also good, then I tried the focaccia but I found it a bit too greasy.

Finding a fresh pasta laboratory and typical gluten-free products while on vacation, for me who is celiac, was truly a gift. The food they produce is excellent. Desserts, focaccias, pizzas, typical Ligurian products, a true delight!!! The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly!!

5 stars because I think it's a gluten-free paradise in Rapallo. I am celiac and I had a great experience. This place is divided into two, the first one makes typical products with gluten and the second one specializes only in gluten-free and lactose-free. Excellent quality products, super focaccia! Unfortunately, around noon they have little because the items sell out quickly, and because they make the products on the spot. So if the morning demand is low, they produce less. I recommend the focaccia and the arancino.

I was very disappointed because I had read some excellent reviews, but when I went to the store to buy the delicious focaccia, everything was already sold out by 11 AM. I suggest a larger production, at least during the summer, for those who are passing through. Maybe next time.

When I come to Rapallo this is my reference point!! Today I had pansoti, walnut sauce, focaccia, cookies, puff pastry fans, in short, I went all out with things that are not good, much more! Spectacular! I used to eat gluten pansoti and these are no different from the classic ones!! You can feel the dedication and passion they put into it!! Thank you sooo much!
