Attention: the menu varies between lunch and dinner and the gluten-free options at lunch are very limited (no pinsa or fried foods). If I had gone in the evening, the meal would probably have been different, but lunch was disappointing.

Great experience! We ate very well and the service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and professional staff. The presence of various gluten-free options was greatly appreciated, with appetizers (the bruschetta with lard and honey is a must-try) and dedicated pinse, in addition to the possibility of having first courses as well. Customer care and food quality make this place highly recommended. We will definitely return!

Very beautiful and quite unusual place in the Fiumicino area. Well-maintained and organized, it offers a wide choice for celiacs... especially Pinse and pasta. In this undoubtedly bright and pleasant environment, the dishes do not measure up to the place. Clearly, I'm speaking from my personal tastes that did not align with the dishes. Price-quality ratio not adequate.

Beautiful location, located within the same structure of a hotel. Well-furnished, lots of little lights, many plants, young and professional staff. Excellent, fresh, well-cooked and presented food. The menu is not extensive, but enough to satisfy discerning palates. Dishes are also gluten-free. The parking lot is not spacious. One suggestion: why not put tablecloths on the tables? Anyway, recommended. I'm posting a photo taken from inside the venue, with a view of the garden, pool, and adjacent hotel.

Update August 25 Unfortunately, they must have changed the dough of the pinsa and it has deteriorated a lot. The toppings are good but the base is no longer crispy and crumbly like before (even before it was gluten-free, but no one noticed the difference with a regular dough). Moreover, they have removed some gluten-free desserts and the ones left do not entice celiac or intolerant people to choose them. Maybe a panna cotta or a catalana would be enough, because it's not nice to leave people without the option of getting a decent dessert after having first and second courses that are also gluten-free. UPDATE The place is always well-kept and the staff is top-notch (they all speak English too). The pinsa is still excellent, and by booking with The Fork, you can also save on the bill. Welcoming staff and impeccable service. The quality/price ratio is excellent! A very charming location where, as soon as you enter, you can smell "professionalism." We had the Roman pinsa (which is gluten-free, but I challenge anyone to notice if it wasn't mentioned) and it was excellent (my wife is celiac and enjoyed it very much). The prices are average, and given the quality of the food, I would say the quality/price ratio is outstanding. The waiter (Daniele or Davide... I don’t remember the name well now... forgive me) was really impeccable: he managed to create a friendly rapport with the customer without overdoing it (a joke, a moment of lightness), presenting the dishes well and also advising on the choice of courses, a sign that the staff is very qualified and prepared, and you can see that they enjoy their work and work well together (another waiter was also impeccable).

Quiet environment, I went with a friend for an aperitif, the kitchen opens at 7 PM and we ate gluten-free.

Set in a refined location in Fiumicino, it offers a gluten-free menu as well. Elegant with a view of a spectacularly lit pool. A rich menu with a wide selection of everything, from meat to fish to pizza. The ideal place to please everyone, whether for an evening among friends or for a romantic night. Friendly and welcoming staff with excellent food quality. Average prices appropriate for the location and the choice of raw materials.

We decided to try the place also because of the amount of advertising they've done on Instagram. First of all, the venue is nice with a large garden full of couches and the pool that dominates it; although I believe at dinner it gains more points with the lights compared to the daytime. That said, I discovered that the place is also the restaurant of the hotel to which the location belongs, and honestly eating where they also serve meals for hotel guests isn't my favorite idea, but this may or may not appeal to others; it's subjective. As for the food, it’s not bad; we’re okay, but they need to improve. For example, the spaghetti with clams, even though it's gluten-free, needs that creamy consistency that makes the dish perfect and not just oil. I must say that spaghetti with clams isn’t easy at all, but when done right, it's one of the best among the first courses. The tuna tartare was good, and the gluten-free tiramisu was amazing. One disappointing note I must share with other reviewers is the price: €16 for a mussel sauté is truly too much, as well as for a tartare of that size (see photo). The waiters were good, despite a little incident with the mussel broth, but that can happen. It’s true; I always share with other reviewers the fact that there’s no one at the entrance to welcome you is really a disadvantage. The customer who goes out to eat wants to be pampered a bit and feel at home, and here I must say you don’t feel that much. As someone with celiac disease, I didn’t have any problems (in response to those who unfortunately had issues the next day). I would like to return one evening maybe to try the gluten-free pizza. One thing that made me a bit annoyed, said in Roman terms, is the fact that they do not fry gluten-free. If a place is praised for doing everything gluten-free, you must do it, and you can’t say the fryer is for normal things; make another small fryer aside for gluten-free, especially because if you fry things like supplì in the evening, where do you fry them? Without blame and without praise.

Within a hotel structure on the Sacred Island in Fiumicino, one discovers an oasis of peace and tranquility in a refined location, where, by the pool, both for lunch and dinner, one can enjoy simple yet unique dishes, as well as pizza and gluten-free options. Soft music provided a pleasant backdrop to a delightful lunch among friends... The service is very discreet but not overly fast, allowing time for conversation. The bill is reasonable. It could be a good idea to take a swim in the pool followed by lunch. The menus are varied between lunch and dinner and can be scanned with a mobile phone. Excellent experience, I will definitely return.

Recommended to me by Instagram, we had dinner at this truly enchanting place. It is the restaurant of a hotel but also open to the public. The patio is near the pool and is well-maintained and adorned with plants. The whole setting has a very elegant atmosphere. The staff was superb! The seafood appetizers were very tasty, linguine with clams excellently executed, the gluten-free pizza was a bit too soft (for my taste) but the ingredients were undoubtedly excellent. The desserts were delicious. Highly recommended!

Last night I had the honor of tasting many gluten-free specialties, including the DELICIOUS PINSAs at the beautiful "It.Italian Restaurant" in Fiumicino. The venue is stunning; it has a relaxing atmosphere, and the structure, which also includes a hotel with a pool and garden, left me speechless. The staff's attention was exceptional; attentive, kind, friendly, they made me feel pampered and especially equal to others because, believe it or not, the pinsa is cooked exclusively gluten-free in the wood-fired oven right before our eyes, catering to the needs of those like us who are celiac as well as those who prefer a light and delicate dough. We chose a magnificent "giro Italia" appetizer with a careful selection of cold cuts and cheeses with jams and gluten-free bread made from fresh, high-quality products that made us lick our fingers. We then continued with two pinsas, one with mortadella and burrata, and the other with speck, eggplant, and fiordilatte. To finish, we had a tart with pastry cream and red fruits, and a berry cheesecake, all carefully gluten-free. The menu also offers many other specialties of meat and land, first courses, and second courses with and without gluten to satisfy all tastes. I recommend everyone try it, whether for a more informal pinsa dinner or for an important lunch or dinner in a high-level location. Thank you, Arianna and Massimiliano. See you soon ❤
