Don’t be fooled by the bar-like appearance at the entrance; at the back, there’s the dining room. The environment is a bit spartan and very quiet, to the point that chatting at the table feels somewhat out of place. In reality, the staff is courteous and very helpful. The menu consists entirely of local dishes, based on the products available daily. The antipasto is abundant and varied, and the selection of dishes is truly extensive. We tried three different first courses, all very good, especially the agnolotti with ragù. The wild boar in salmi was also tasty, accompanied by sweet and sour spring onions. There’s a wide selection of desserts (the almond tart is excellent) and locally produced digestifs. Great attention is given to intolerances and dietary regimes. The bill is absolutely average, with a small discount for us.
