The owner is very present and attentive to various needs; let me explain, they are very careful about gluten and lactose, almost all flavors are perfect for people with celiac disease and they also have lactose-free ice creams, paying great attention to contamination.

One star because they have vegan/gluten-free cones, one for the location (in the historic center), one because the ice cream is not bad. I would definitely review the staff; there was unacceptable rudeness and discourtesy!
