The flavors are all gluten-free except for one, and the gluten-free cone is delicious. They are careful about contamination, although they don't always have a separate ice cream scoop exclusively for celiacs. The ice creams are exceptional.

Fresh and delicious gelato. The pistachio is spectacular. They are attentive to gluten-free options even though I specifically asked to change the scoop.
