A true discovery for those who are gluten intolerant. A wide variety of sweet and savory delights for the most indulgent, and a large selection of cakes of various sizes (depending on bookings). This year we will try their king cake filled with cream. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced.

I give them a 20/10. Their products are simply spectacular: excellent quality, fresh, and with an authentic flavor that shines through in every single product. You can see that they put love and dedication into everything they do. 😍 Moreover, they are ideal for people with celiac disease. If you're looking for gluten-free products that don't sacrifice taste or texture, this is the place for you. Every time I try something new, I'm amazed and want more. My favorite pastry shop in Valencia! The service is impeccable, the products are delicious, I'm obsessed with their sugar candies, and they even made me a customized birthday cake: it was stunning! They also have a section where you can find other products such as pasta, their flours for making croquettes or homemade bread, breadcrumbs, and more. Plus, they have a website, so you can order even if you don't live there. Absolutely fantastic!

This small bakery offers many options. I also appreciated the little shop inside, where I was happy to find the traditional pasta in the shape of fideuá.

Good success for those of us who are gluten intolerant. The best thing is to place the order before leaving. The baker is super kind and organized. I am very happy to be able to buy what makes me feel good. They have everything.

Excellent products, all gluten-free and super tasty, with many sweet and savory preparations. The breads are excellent, as are their empanadillas and sweet items. In the images, you can see various products, including cookies, cocas, bread, empanadas, among others. Highly recommended!

Variety of gluten-free products, I haven't tried the breads but they looked excellent. I tried the chocolate Neapolitan, the farton, and a croissant. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced for being gluten-free. I also saw they had gnocchi and more savory products. I enjoyed it.

Celiacs, here is a highly recommended bakery for you with a variety of products available on order. Friendly and diligent treatment and service. A few days ago we enjoyed the San Marcos cake, it was a hit for everyone, celiacs and non-celiacs. Good, light, tasty, made without sugar, with a top layer of toasted yolk, tends to be repeated... I recommend it.

A show! And to those few who say otherwise, I say: you won’t even realize how much this is a paradise for someone with celiac disease! And to the celiacs who have something to complain about, I say: you are spoiled and should travel a bit around the world to realize that these places are pure gold... Opening and managing a place exclusively gluten-free is not easy at all, and I admire those who have the courage and dedication to do it! Great job! Keep it up!!! 🥰
